“We have left our Yorkie with Deborah several times when we go out of town. She is very caring and very responsive to everything we need. Will definitely continue to use her in the future!”

“Claire was incredible as always. Very understanding of our schedule and super sweet with our baby girl! The go to for whenever we can’t take our baby girl with us. 10/10 would recommend!”

About: Hi! My name is Lianna and caring for dogs is truly something I love. I have over 5 years of experience fostering and working with dogs, and I’m also comfortable with basic training and handling dogs with different personalities. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes—from tiny 5 lb pups to large 100+ lb dogs—and I’m comfortable with all breeds. Because of my fostering experience, I’m used to reading dog body language and helping dogs feel safe, calm, and comfortable in new environments. When your dog is with me they will get: • Lots of love and attention • Safe, attentive care • Plenty of playtime and potty breaks • A calm and comfortable environment I treat every dog like they are my own, and my goal is always to make sure both you and your pup feel happy and stress-free while you’re away. Your baby will be in caring and experienced hands with me! Since we recently moved here for my husband’s military assignment, I’m currently home full-time, which allows me to give dogs my full attention throughout the day. Pet care naturally fits into my daily routine, and your pup will never feel like they’re being squeezed in between other commitments. I live in a large, dog-friendly two-bedroom apartment with a dog park right downstairs, as well as a large park and walking trail just up the street. This makes it easy to give dogs plenty of exercise, potty breaks, and fresh air. Throughout the day I enjoy taking dogs on walks, playtime, and (with your permission) trips to the dog park so they can burn off energy and have fun. Because I’m home most of the day, I’m able to provide consistent care, attention, and companionship, making sure your dog feels comfortable and happy while you’re away. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. With over 5 years of experience fostering and working with dogs of all sizes and breeds, I’m very comfortable reading dog body language and making sure each dog feels calm and secure in a new environment. My home is a clean, calm, and pet-friendly space where dogs can relax and feel at home. I’m attentive about supervision, safe walks, and proper introductions with other dogs if we visit the dog park. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully—whether that’s feeding schedules, medications, training routines, or special needs. I also believe communication is important, so I’m happy to provide updates and photos so you can feel confident and relaxed knowing your pup is in good hands.
“Katie was very welcoming and communicated quickly. Sent pictures of my dog playing with her kids and their dog occasionally. He looked like he felt right at home. Dogs got severe allergies and requires several things to manage it. She handled it no problem and when I picked him up, he looked better than when I had dropped him off.”

“Our week of vacation was the longest we have ever left our dog, but we didn't worry about her a bit. Melanie sent pictures and updates every day. Opal loves going and playing with the other dogs. She will definitely be back!”

“Christy did an amazing job watching our Mako boy!! My husband and I had never left him and we were SO nervous to since we would be gone for two weeks. We were actually able to enjoy ourselves while we were gone because of how happy he looked in his photos she sent us:) He almost didn’t want to leave her when we came back haha!”

“Joy was great! I knew my Bear was in great hands with Joy. She kept me up to date on my dog’s daily activities and was a ‘joy’ to work with. :) I definitely recommend, and will be a returning customer!!”

“The night before I was to drop Thor off at a sitter, they had to cancel, so I was scrambling to find a new person to board him for two nights and Andrea agreed right away. She was amazing with him! She even offered to work on some training with him while he was there. Thor loved the yard and all the other dogs there to run around with. Andrea sent pictures and videos of him the whole time, which I really appreciate. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter and Thor will definitely be back!”

“Ashleigh was great. Quick to respond, very flexible with pick up and drop off, sent numerous updates and photos. Already booking her for future stays. I couldn’t be happier with her treatment of my girls.”

“Wow! These are some of the nicest people I’ve meet. Our bulldog Cooper felt like home. He played and played and played. They sent us a ton of photos of Cooper. I would highly recommend them 100%.”

About: Animals truly make my day! I’ve had dogs, cats, pigs, horses, cows — basically the whole farm — since I was little, so caring for animals is second nature to me. I’m currently a proud pup mom to a Dutch Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix, so I understand high energy, smart breeds, and the importance of structure and love. I’m patient, attentive, and treat every pet like my own — with lots of affection, playtime, and safe, dependable care. Whether your baby needs long walks, belly rubs, or just a calm, reassuring presence, I’m your girl! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I’m able to plan my day around walks, drop-ins, feeding schedules, and playtime without feeling rushed. Being home also means pets in my care get plenty of attention, supervision, and consistency throughout the day. Whether it’s a quick potty break, a midday walk, or overnight care, I can easily adjust my schedule to make sure each pet gets the time and love they deserve. I care for pets the same way I care for my own — with structure, attentiveness, and lots of love. In my home, pets receive a safe, clean, and calm environment with supervised playtime, regular potty breaks, walks, feeding on their normal schedule, and plenty of affection. I’m mindful of energy levels and personalities, whether they need extra exercise or a cozy, quiet space. In a client’s home, I prioritize keeping your pet’s routine consistent to reduce stress. I follow feeding instructions carefully, refresh water bowls, provide walks and enrichment, clean up after them, and give updates with photos so you feel connected and confident while you’re away. My goal is for your pet to feel secure, cared for, and completely at ease.
“Our big chocolate lab, Bo had a great time with Deke. He had a large fenced in yard and lots of room to run and play ball. He enjoyed playing with Deke’s other big dog guests and his own little pugs. We got pictures of Bo daily and knew he was in good hands. We would definitely let Bo stay here again when we are in the area.”

“Aleisha was awesome with GG. GG was GG so that meant lots of love and play time with the other Family Critters. When I picked her up after a week GG was happy, healthy, and CLEAN! What 4 legged girl doesn't like a hot bath after a week of playing and good loving? Thank You Aleisha and Family. JP”

Pensacola pet parents share their Rover experiences
Nicole watched our 1 year old golden Luna for a weekend and I could not have asked for a better dog sitter! She sent us continuous updates with lots of pictures and was extremely responsive. She made sure to follow all of my instructions and made me feel less anxious the moment we initially met. I can tell that Luna had such a wonderful time with her in her home and was taken care of exactly the way I would want her to be. I have nothing but positive things to say about Nicole and recommend her to anyone who is in need of a dog sitter in the Pensacola area.

Stephen took the very best care of our boy, Fred, while we were out of town for a couple weeks! Stephen kept Fred very active, gave us wonderful updates each day about how Fred was doing, and best of all, he gave Fred a happy, peaceful, loving home while we were away. Stephen is the very best, and we know we will use his dogsitting services again.

Claire took our dog Rati on super short notice and when we needed little extra time was totally helpful and willing. My dog is a service dog so my bond with my animal is extreme and so important. So the fact she was willing and able to help was so important to be able to take care of her, which I never do. This was the first time ever using Rover or Claire. So I would recommend both.

Logan was a saving grace. We requested him last minute and within the hour we had our pup dropped off. We had confidence when leaving that our Graham was going to be safe, well cared for, and have a ball playing with Shaggy (Logan’s dog). Logan sent regular updates with pictures and went the extra mile by washing Graham’s bedding before sending home. Wonderful experience. We are grateful and would definitely send our pup back!
