We were gone nearly a week on a cruise. Stephen was an amazing dog sitter. After the meet and greet, when we went to drop off the bears. They ran from the car to the house to scratch on the door. They seemed excited for the visit. When we left he took them on a walk before we even got into the car. This was crucial for them not to notice that we had left. They would bark and cry and wait by the door. This is something he did which we had not thought of trying before. He constantly kept us updated on what the babies were up to, how they were eating, drinking, exercising and playing. My dogs seemed to love him. He took them on tons of walks! Sent several pictures and videos. They seemed to settle in fast.He even let them sleep in bed with him! When he had to be out at an appointment or running an errand he let them chill and relax. My dogs are a bit high maintenance and I have a care guide written up for dog sitting instances. He read through the whole thing and followed it. He even brushed them, which was not a requirement. He was flexible with the pick up and drop off times. They seemed to be happy Lilly babies when we came to get them. I would definitely hire Stephen to watch my babies again.

Stephen (a.k.a Vincent) took such great care of my two dogs while I was away for a few days. It was quite clear that their safety & comfort are his number one priority. He took them on walks several times a day and even brushed them, plus texted updates and photos every day. I'll definitely be booking services with him again.
