About: I just moved to Flagler beach from Tampa area due to hurricane Milton. I am born and raised hollywood,South Florida, raised with variety of animals such as reptiles, pigs, horses, dogs, kitties. Back in 2012, I worked for doggies boarding ranch farm in Austin, Texas for a year. I took care of my Golden Retriever Cooper for 14 years. He passed peacefully last January. I use hearing aides so I can still speak and hear very well. I am a single mother with a 1 year old babygirl Chevy. She has been an excellent companion to pet sitting jobs. I have been a Pet-Sitter on Rover for over 3 years now My schedule is open and flexible. There will not be any schedule conflicts to your requested visit times and I am available to do a Meet and Greet whenever works for you. About: I have a lifelong love and deep appreciation for animals. Growing up on a farm, I was surrounded by animals from an early age and learned firsthand the importance of compassion, patience, responsibility, and care. One of my greatest companions was my best friend, a Black Lab, whom I lovingly cared for throughout her life until she passed away peacefully from old age. That experience strengthened my understanding of the bond between people and animals and the commitment it takes to care for them through every stage of life. Today, I’m a proud bird mom and dog owner, and animals continue to be a meaningful and important part of my life. Pet care is deeply important to me because I believe every animal deserves patience, compassion, safety, and the highest quality of care possible. My lifelong experience with animals has taught me that caring for a pet is more than simply meeting their basic needs—it means understanding their individual personalities, recognizing when something is wrong, and making sure they feel loved, comfortable, and secure. I am dedicated to bringing that same level of care and attention to every animal I work with. I will always strive to be dependable, gentle, and attentive while treating each animal as if they were my own. I care for pets with the same love, patience, and attention that I would give my own. I make sure they are healthy, comfortable, safe, and feel loved while in my care. Anouk and Ronald made our first time boarding our dog easier than we thought! They were so friendly and kind, I knew Koda would be in great hands. We received updates as we were away which kept our minds at ease. On top of daily walks, they also catered to Koda’s love of playing fetch. Melinda did an excellent job! My dogs loved her and so did we! Leaving your babies is always sad but it was so nice to know that they would be happy and well taken care of. We AND our dogs loved her at first sight. She even sent pictures every day. Next time we go anywhere and need a sitter we will definitely pick Melinda. She’s like family now!!!
Angel had a great time staying with Sonia. I was sent lots of photos and updates of angel the days we were gone on vacation. Sonia cared for Angel just the same as her own dog, I’m sure angel adored the attention.
