“Christina is the best! She took great care of Arlo and sent pics of him daily (at each drop in). It's hard to get away from home knowing Arlo is home alone but knowing Christina is taking care of him makes it so much easier. Will definitely contact Christina the next time we have to travel!”

“Anabela was awesome and accommodating! She communicated wonderfully, and was prompt and professional. I felt comfortable with her and that my dog got a great visit. I will definitely continue to use her moving forward!”

About: I live in a quiet, dog-friendly home with my husband and our two dogs, Yoda and Barry, who are both friendly with other pups. I have cared for up to 3 dogs at a time for 2 week stretches, and after years of traveling for work myself, I fully understand the nerves that come with leaving your pet behind. You can expect regular communication, as many photo updates as you want, and a sitter who treats your dog like one of my own. Whether your pup is a senior who needs slow mornings, a high-energy adventurer, or somewhere in between, I meet them where they are. We have a fenced area in the backyard and walk in the mornings and evenings, since the Florida days are getting hot. If you need extra walks or specific times, just let me know. I work remotely and barely leave the house except to walk Yoda twice a day (though I can take your fur baby out as many times as you need during the day) I have a fenced dog park downstairs of my building, a pet spa in the building and am minutes away from Piedmont. Just let me know how often your pet is used to being outside and if there are any behavioral quirks that I should be aware of to make sure your pup has what they need to feel at home. My mornings start with a half mile walk with my two small dogs (6 and 9), followed by flexible work hours that let me check on pets multiple times a day. I am available for midday walks, drop-ins, daycare, and house sitting throughout the week and on weekends. I plan my schedule around the pets in my care, so meals, walks, and potty breaks happen on time. Evenings are usually quiet at home, which means plenty of cuddle time, calm play, and a steady routine for any visiting pup. In my home, I keep doors and gates secure, watch for any signs of stress, and introduce new dogs slowly so everyone feels comfortable. Pets are welcome on the furniture and there is a dog bed in every room, but if your pup does better with more space or separation, I can gate off half of the house, and I have two crates available if a dog feels safer in one. I always arrange a meet-and-greet first so your dog can get to know me and our dogs, Yoda and Barry, before booking. When house sitting, I follow your routines closely, respect your space, send daily updates with photos, and treat your home the way I would want mine treated. Clean water, fresh food, and a calm environment are non-negotiables, and I am happy to water plants to your specifications too.

About: I’ve got experience from my entire life with taking care of horses, cats, and dogs! I’m a 7-time team USA rider in the discipline of mounted games! I absolutely love animals and I currently have a dog, a cat, and three horses! I can work with young puppies all the way up to our senior dogs. I can walk with them, play with them, and meet any needs! I’m working part time with my internship however my schedule is flexible and my weekends are free! I could do early mornings too or late nights! I’d love to take care of them in your home so they are most compatible! I have my own car so I will always have reliable ways to get there!
About: I grew up with dogs, after that I got my own dogs and I still own a great dog! I have always trained my dogs and I spend a lot of time walking, grooming and playing with the dog. We don't have a fenced in back yard, but we walk the dog at least 3 times a day. I have a home bakery so I am very flexible in my time. I spend a lot of time with our animals in and outside our home I spend most of my time in the living room where the pet will be. I will play with the pet and give it all of my attention. The pet will be a part of our family when it is here
About: I do not have any pets. Your dog or cat will get my full attention. I work mostly from home so your dog or cat and I will be together a lot!! :) I have a large fenced-in yard (lots of room to play fetch). I go for walks anyway so would love to be able to have a dog with me!!! I grew up with animals: dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters… Love them all. My parents have a small dog; do I visit them or do I visit their dog??? 😆 Sometimes I think I prefer dogs over people. I am able to walk for an hour or more if needed and I live in Arlington. I will walk your dog three times a day and more if needed. There’s a park a few blocks away which I think is a decent stretch of the legs. I love playing with the dog (or cat) that is in my house. It may not be a big house but we can run around and play!!

“JoAnna really went above and beyond to care for my dog when I suddenly needed to leave town for a weekend. She was flexible, communicative, and very easy to work with. I highly, highly recommend her!!”
“She was very personable. I felt very comfortable leaving her alone in my house. The animals loved her. I welcomed her with open arms to hang out at my house and cook and relax. I would definitely use her again anytime.”

About: Hi there, my name is Valerie! With over 30 years of hands-on pet care experience, I bring a deep understanding and genuine love for animals to every pet sitting job. I’ve spent my entire life surrounded by dogs and cats, and I’m well-versed in all aspects of their care—from walking and feeding to bathing and providing companionship. A year ago, I lost my beloved dog Titan, who passed away from old age after many wonderful years together. Since then, pet sitting has become a meaningful way for me to stay connected to animals and share the love and care I once gave to Titan. What sets me apart is not just my experience, but the heart I put into caring for every pet as if they were my own. As a retired pet lover, I have the time and flexibility to fully dedicate myself to pet sitting. My open schedule allows me to accommodate a wide range of needs, whether it’s daily walks, overnight stays, or last-minute drop-ins. I’m available Monday through Sunday unless otherwise noted, and I’m happy to work around your pet’s specific routine to ensure they feel comfortable and cared for. With no competing work obligations, your pet receives my full attention and care whenever they need it. When it comes to pet sitting, safety, trust, and comfort are my top priorities. I primarily care for pets in their own homes, where they feel most secure and relaxed in a familiar environment. This helps reduce stress and allows me to maintain their usual routines with care and consistency. While I am open to boarding on a case-by-case basis, I live in a pet-free condo and prefer to sit in clients’ homes to provide the most personalized experience. Being pet-free myself means your furry friend receives my full attention. I’m reliable, respectful of your home, and happy to accommodate any special instructions or needs to ensure both you and your pet feel confident and at ease.
“At last minute, Deborah made herself available to watch my crew. I am SO glad she did. My nervous dog and bird were obviously very well engaged while I was away, as they didn’t seem to miss me at all once I returned. ? Deborah went above and beyond with her care of them and I’m so grateful I found her! Will def hire again.”

About: I’ve cared for pets my whole life. Dogs, cats, turtles, horses. All ages, all breeds, all behaviors! I’ve walked dogs, house sat, cared for cats, and made sure any furry friend was happy and comfortable. Your pet will always come first! I’m flexible and can fit your friend into any part of my day. No matter the distance, I will always make sure your pet is taken care of. I make sure the pet is comfortable with me, and take all needs into consideration to make sure they feel safe with me. Doing this allows me to build trust with them and make sure they’re okay while you’re away.
“Brooke was outstanding with our 3 fur babies. They really enjoyed her visits and very surprising they adjusted to her very quickly. We will have Brooke watch our pups every time we leave town from now on.”

About: I have taken care of puppies, dogs and cats for many years. Pets and I get along very well. I treat them like my kids. I can walk your pets almost any time of day. I love going on walks with them and make sure they get their exercise in. I can go and make sure your pet has plenty of food and water. I will ensure they are good before I leave them until you get home.

“Phenomenal Cat sitter. I have a very shy cat but she Roseanne up with an idea that really helped to bring Stella out from under bed. Her persistence caring and loving impressed me so much. Roseanne was also flexible and easy to work with and an excellent communicater. I highly recommend Roseanne for your pet sitting needs.”

About: Well, I am highly experienced. I've been involved with animals since the age of seven years old. I've been around everything from fish to cats to dogs to birds to farm animals to livestock. I love bonding with animals gives you such joy. I've had sitters before and I've had good experiences in bad experiences. I would hope that you would trust that if I'm watching your dog in your home that your home will be taken care of as well as your animal. I am able to provide CPR I am quick thinking I do come with a medical background. I have reliable transportation and I myself I'm very reliable. Currently, I work four days a week so I have plenty of time and I'm trying to use this opportunity to become full-time as an animal/pet caretaker I'm just an animal lover. What can I say? If I'm caring for your pet in your home, I will definitely let the dog out if they need to go out in the yard if they need a walk, I would include a walk make sure they get their daily meals daily vitamins, daily supplements if they get dirty and it's OK to give them a bath, I would give them a bath. I would also maintain your home. Keep it nice and tidy so that when you arrived, you didn't have all that drama of having to clean up after.
“Victoria provided an excellent experience with Rover. She bonded quickly with my skittish cat, and was able to provide her with her daily meds. Victoria paid attention to details, and will definitely use again!”

“Danielle is very responsive and clearly has a genuine love for animals—it really shows in the care she provides. I had her come over for a few visits to get to know my senior, somewhat fussy Yorkie, and she was always prompt and attentive to every detail of the care instructions”
Palm Coast dog parents share their Rover experiences
Absolutely amazing- Our dogs can be difficult with Ragamuffin’s energy and Dawn’s shyness, but they seemed to open up to Sherry and were happy in her care. She listened to feeding instructions which weren’t simple and was very helpful given the last minute nature of the request.
