“Carol was fantastic with our little Sadie. Walking her, feeding her and keeping her company for a while when we attended our grandson’s graduation. It was the first time we’d ever had someone drop in for her before and the experience was a very good one. We certainly plan on rebooking in the future!!”

Your dog will never be left alone for more than a couple of hours at a time. I'm available for boarding, walks, and drop-in visits. I have a fenced in spacious yard, plenty of space at home to cool down. I have an indoor cat. I can easily crate your dog if needed. For those that love water I set up a kiddy pool in the back yard.

I am a remote worker and available to watch your furry friends anytime Monday through Sunday. I am also available for holiday request as well! About: I have two dogs of my own that I’ve trained, so I’m experienced with routines, basic training, and making dogs feel safe and understood. I’m patient and good with all types of dogs — from playful puppies to seniors who just want cuddles. I treat every pet like they’re part of the family and always make sure they’re comfortable, happy, and well-loved while you’re away. 🐾💛 Pet care is an important part of my daily routine. I make sure to dedicate time every day for walks, play, meals, and attention, so your dog gets consistent care and companionship. On a weekly basis, I can adjust schedules to match your dog’s needs, whether that’s extra walks or cuddle time for senior pets. I treat this like part of my own schedule, ensuring your pet always has structure, care, and love while you’re away. 🐾 I provide care in your home, which allows pets to stay in the comfort of their familiar environment. I follow your pet’s normal routines for meals, walks, playtime, and any special needs, so they feel safe and relaxed while you’re away. I make sure to give lots of attention, affection, and check-ins, and I provide updates so you always know how your pet is doing. 🐾
About: I have lived in a dog household since I was five years old. I've had as many as four dogs under one roof, ranging from a Chihuahua-Terrier to an Irish Wolfhound. I have helped raise puppies, cared for senior dogs and administered medication such as pills and eye drops as needed. Throughout the years I have learned that every dog has a distinct personality and different needs based on their personality, likes and dislikes, age, ability, etc. I currently own a Cavalier King Charles who is a very needy soul, needs regular stimulation and suffers from dermatitis. When planning for the day I have to make sure that she can get at least one walk per day, preferably two, a few sessions of playtime and I have to wipe her off after being in the grass or exposed to anything that she might have a reaction to. I would love to come up with a plan to help your fur baby be happy and comfortable when you cannot be with them. Pet care is my focus and I am available during the week and most weekends. I will always keep my schedule updated to reflect my current availability. Whether it be a quick visit, a leisure walk or an extended play date, I believe an animals safety is just as important as our own. I will work with each client individually to come up with a plan for taking care of their fur babies to ensure that they get the most out of their time with me, but ensure that it is done in a safe and effective manner.
“At last minute, Deborah made herself available to watch my crew. I am SO glad she did. My nervous dog and bird were obviously very well engaged while I was away, as they didn’t seem to miss me at all once I returned. ? Deborah went above and beyond with her care of them and I’m so grateful I found her! Will def hire again.”

About: Welcome Home Doodles & More Resort! Caring for Doodles isn’t just something I do—it’s my passion. I share my home with a family of Poodles, have hands-on knowledge of breeding and puppy development, and have rescued and rehabilitated several Doodles over the years. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of their unique personalities, energy levels, grooming needs, and the love and structure they thrive on. I provide a safe, loving, home-based environment exclusively for Poodles and Doodle breeds. Unlike a traditional kennel, your dog becomes part of our family. I intentionally accept only a limited number of guests so every doodle receives personalized attention, plenty of exercise, enrichment, cuddles, and supervised play. Our large, securely fenced yard features premium artificial turf that stays clean year-round and provides a comfortable place to run and play. For dogs that enjoy the water, we also offer supervised pool time in our private pool, which is fully secured with a child safety gate and is never used without my direct supervision. You’ll receive daily photo and video updates, so you’ll always know your pup is happy, safe, and having fun. My goal is to provide a true home-away-from-home where every doodle is treated like one of my own. ***IMPORTANT: For the health and safety of all pets in our care, proof of current Rabies and Distemper/Parvo vaccinations is required before drop-off. Owners must also disclose the flea/tick prevention product their pet is currently using and the date the most recent dose was administered. Pets without current vaccination records or the required flea and tick information cannot be accepted. Pet care is part of my everyday life. I work from home and set my own schedule, allowing me to provide attentive care throughout the day. My own family of Poodles and Doodles enjoys regular potty breaks, playtime, and enrichment, so your doodle will naturally become part of our daily routine. With supervised socialization, plenty of exercise, and lots of love, your pup will feel like a member of the family—not just a guest. 🐾 Your dog’s safety always comes first. I have separate fenced yard areas to allow dogs to get comfortable with one another before supervised introductions. My main yard is fully fenced with premium artificial turf, and my screened pool area is secured with a child safety gate. Pool time is always one-on-one and directly supervised. I intentionally limit the number of dogs I care for so each guest receives personalized attention in a safe, loving home.
About: I grew up with my own family dog and also took care of friend’s dogs in my teen years. Once I moved out I adopted my own dog and cat. I previously worked at an animal shelter. I’m currently working 4 days a week and have completely open availability on my days off! I’d love to fill my time by taking care of your pets with the same amount of care I give my own. The most important thing to me is that your pet feels safe in my presence! I am happy to follow any and all instructions given for how to make your pet feel like there’s been no shift in their routine.
“Anabela was awesome and accommodating! She communicated wonderfully, and was prompt and professional. I felt comfortable with her and that my dog got a great visit. I will definitely continue to use her moving forward!”

About: I have taken care of puppies, dogs and cats for many years. Pets and I get along very well. I treat them like my kids. I can walk your pets almost any time of day. I love going on walks with them and make sure they get their exercise in. I can go and make sure your pet has plenty of food and water. I will ensure they are good before I leave them until you get home.
About: Simply a Paw Above the Rest! I have cared for four legged furries for as far back as I can remember. I have worked in pet photography as well as dog walking and house/pet sitting for many years. Every pet is treated as if they are my own. I am readily available for any of my fur-babies needs. I have a reliable vehicle for daily check-ins, as well as pick-ups and drop-offs. I will also transport babies to and from vet/grooming appointments if needed. I am confident and comfortable around all breeds as well as all shapes and sizes. I have cared for littles as tiny as 4 lbs. and gentle giants as large as 180 lbs. I do have 2 children, and a 10 mo. old Aussiedoodle so they do have to be good around kids and other dogs. Both girls have grown up around animals, so they understand how important it is to respect an animals boundaries. Our home is warm and welcoming. And I look forward to caring for your little love.

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Palm Coast
Sherry is super nice and was very prompt. Unfortunately she had to deal with cleaning up messes after our two cats when our automatic litter box malfunctioned while we were away. She was very gracious about the situation. We are very grateful for her help while we were away. Would definitely use her again!
Debbie is amazing! Very responsive and easy to communicate with. I can tell how much she enjoys animals and truly just wants my dog to have a good time while she’s there. I have a hectic and not standard work schedule and she is very flexible and available for when I needed! My dog loves her a well. I will definitely keep booking with Debbie!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
