About: My name is Sara. I am an animal lover and have 20 experience with animals from bunnies to goats and dogs from Chihuahua to Rottweilers! Over the last 30+ years I have been involved in animal rescue, fostering and rehoming...this has included Elderly Dogs, Pitbulls and various other animals with special needs and circumstances. I currently have a pitbull terrier mix rescued from an animal hoarder and a bulldog puppy. As these animals are still in training and have some behavioral issues I do not bring my dogs on walks or introduce them to my clients pets during boarding. “I was quite skeptical about hiring a pet sitter coming into my house while I’m on vacation. Normally my brother would come, but he wasn’t available. I came across the Rover app and decided to see what it was all about. I filled out what I needed for my pet and had responses in a short period of time. I set up a meet and greet with William and felt like he would work out. When he came for the meeting I seen the interaction he had and decided to book him. Still a bit hesitant I had no other choice and said either I would have to trust and feel comfortable with William or cancel my trip. I dropped off the keys to him the day before and went on my trip. I received updates on his arrival/departure times and pictures of my Colbie throughout my trip. I felt relieved that I could enjoy my vacation. About: I grew up with dogs, after that I got my own dogs and I still own a great dog! I have always trained my dogs and I spend a lot of time walking, grooming and playing with the dog. We don't have a fenced in back yard, but we walk the dog at least 3 times a day. I have a home bakery so I am very flexible in my time. I spend a lot of time with our animals in and outside our home I spend most of my time in the living room where the pet will be. I will play with the pet and give it all of my attention. The pet will be a part of our family when it is here

About: I would love to care for your precious pet(s). I do not currently have a pet and I am retired, so my time is my own and it is very flexible. I have been fortunate to have had and loved two amazing dogs in my lifetime. Each lived to about the age of 16 and both were rescues. I have worked with, and networked in animal rescue and have worked extensively with marine animals, as well. I have some knowledge of training techniques and a deep love of animals. I do not drink or smoke and live in a smoke-free home. Since I am retired, I have a great deal of free time. My schedule is my own. While I don't currently have a pet, I miss the companionship of having one, so would love to companion your pet. I adore doting on all types of animals. Animals must be up to date on shots, vaccinations, etc. I'm pretty good at reading the needs of a pet. If they want to cuddle, I'm GREAT at cuddling. If they want to be left alone, I can do that. I'm a very cautious, dependable and trustworthy person. I take and follow orders well....smile. I adore animals of all kinds and love watching and/or being around them.

About: I grew up with my own family dog and also took care of friend’s dogs in my teen years. Once I moved out I adopted my own dog and cat. I previously worked at an animal shelter. I’m currently working 4 days a week and have completely open availability on my days off! I’d love to fill my time by taking care of your pets with the same amount of care I give my own. The most important thing to me is that your pet feels safe in my presence! I am happy to follow any and all instructions given for how to make your pet feel like there’s been no shift in their routine.

My home is a lived in “ dog friendly environment “ I have two dogs ( well truth be told they’re my children lol ) Pebbles is a 9yr old Labrador with a very sweet disposition ( she gets very excited when she meets NEW humans though 🤪) Peanut is a 5 yr old , mini Labradoodle . She is a little ball of absolute joy ! My snuggle bug ! I’ll care for your beloved pets , with as much TLC as they can handle :) While also keeping them safe and stress free ! I also have experience administering meds as well as other special needs techniques for senior dogs . As far as cat sitting, unfortunately my dogs don’t care for cats 😵‍💫But I’m available to drop in on yours up to 3 times per day . As well as changing kitty litter, collecting your mail , watering plants etc.. Whatever your need is , just ask . I’m very accommodating and flexible. Looking forward to our meet and greet ! 😃 I am a stay at home dog Mom . I basically take my own two with me everywhere I go ( where I don't have to leave my vehicle ) . If your pups like car car rides , they will enjoy ours. We go for one at least once a day . I have a fenced yard as well as many PUPPY safe toys . Mental stimulation is a part of our every day routine here with my own dogs as well as physical exercise . I will supervise every moment your fur baby is out in the yard, fence or no fence . I have a double lot with plenty of room to run . I will also follow ALL of your direction for their stay ( feeding schedule , potty schedule , naps , treats , sleeping preference etc. ) They'll be HAPPY and EXHAUSTED upon your return .

About: I've grown up around several pets, including cats, dogs, and even some very sensitive goldfish. I've dealt with puppies, family dogs, and even senior pets as well, monitoring them and making sure they stay out of trouble. A lot, if not all of the pets I've had (including dogs and cats alike) have been troublemakers or just really eccentric, and I've had to deal with dogs getting into flour or cats playing fetch. I'm a huge animal lover, having volunteered at local shelters, helping out my neighborhood strays, and even picking local geckos out of the neighbor's glue traps. Most if not all of my college classes are during the early day, and aside from that I have very little going on in my actual life. I'm a huge homebody and don't get out much, so my schedule is extremely flexible and also adjustable to a scenario. I have dogs at home that I care for, including a less than a year old shnoodle who drives me insane. I let them out frequently, feed them as soon as they know it's time, and give them plenty of attention. I keep a close eye on dogs and also ensure that they aren't neglected, as I don't have the heart to do so to any pet in the first place! If a pet gets into trouble, I don't hit them or anything of the sort, as even the thought of it breaks my heart. I've been caring for dogs in my own home when my grandparents and family members leave for vacations, which can be up to two weeks of a period where I am caring for the dogs in my home. I also take care of my neighbor's cat, and also made sure to give him proper care when he got in a scuffle with an opposing street cat.
