About: I have fostered and worked with rescues in Canada when I lived there. I have also been a cat and dog mom for the last 26 years. I have potty trained and fostered puppies and abused animals from different situations. I own my own home and can sit in my home or yours. I love to drive so I can also pick up or go to appointments if needed. I am retired and have all the time in the world right now to do what makes me smile! That means being an amazing loving dog and cat sitter. I get up every morning take the dogs to the dog park or a good walk We go to the beach and go on trails exploring After a fun day we usually chill out when it’s especially hot and then have a nightly walk before heading to bed. I treat my dogs like family and if in my home they will have the house as they feel comfortable. If I am in your home I will follow any instructions left to insure that they are comfortable and consistent. I own my own home and have 2 fur babies of my own. A 15 year old bichon and an 8 year old cockapoo. If your animals come to my home they will be treated just like my own family. I am available for 24 hour care as well if needed for long periods of time. I do not crate my dogs they have free run of my home and furniture.

About: Hello there! I’m María. I’m a 28-year-old nursing student. In my spare time, I love spending time with dogs. I grew up always having pets, but currently I’m pet-free because of school and work. I’d be more than happy to take your precious pooch for a walk! I understand that life gets busy, and sometimes it’s not always easy to get out for a mile or two with your dog. I’ve been on Rover for over 10 years and was very active on here when I was younger, especially doing house sitting. I’m happy to do whatever helps you feel comfortable and confident leaving your pet in my care. Honestly, dogs have always had a special place in my heart. Not having one of my own right now leaves a little hole that I’m trying to stay strong about until I have the time to properly give a pet the life they deserve.
