“Nicole was very professional to work with. She stopped by three (3) times to check on my cats. Feed them, give them fresh water, and empty the litter box. She took pictures of every task she completed. I would highly recommend Nicole if you need any help with your fur babies.”

“Simply the best! We always have peace of mind when Stacy is caring for our fur-babies! And they appreciate her too! Our cats are generally anti-social, but they’ve become comfortable with Stacy, which makes us so happy! I love the pics she sends during her visit! I’m always amazed the cats are out getting pets and treats, rather than hiding. She’s clearly become a safe-person for them 🩷”

“My kitties socialized with Brooke annd they can be very shy. She showed up on time and send me cute photos of my girls. . She has allot of knowledge and patience wlth them. I look forward to rebooking her.”

About: I have always had a dog or two or three since I can remember. Most of my dogs have been rescues of various breeds and sizes but my most loved were pugs. I was a member of Pug Rescue of Florida where I fostered senior and disabled pugs until they found their forever homes or joined mine. I am happy to walk, play, love, snuggle and bath your pet while you are away. I am a retired math teacher so I have plenty of time to devote to caring for your pet. My schedule is flexible and I’m looking for a side job taking care of pets that lets me enjoy something I am passionate about. I will treat your home with respect and follow all directions to the letter because I know how important it is to have your pets safe and happy while you are away.

“My dog Delila is shy and doesn't like strangers, but she loves Gwendolyn. I guess because she can sense how much love Gwendolyn has for animals. Thank you for taking such good care of my girl.”

About: I've grown up around animals. I was raised on a ranch around horses, cows, and dogs. I've had a cat as long as I can remember, too. My lifelong passion has been animal care. Recently, for the last 2 years, I've been a professional animal trainer, working with marine mammals and birds, with a foundation in operant conditioning and positive reinforcement. I work full-time as a marine mammal trainer, but I am available most evenings/nights, and my current weekends from my full time position are Sundays & Mondays. For house visits, I am more than willing to adapt to whatever is needed. I have animal training experience and can adapt to the individual needs of the animals and their owners. Outdoors, indoors, crating, etc. I am open and friendly, but know how to be firm.

“Cheryl is the absolute best! She is our go to when we need someone to watch our babies. I know shes the best because our shy boy is best friends with her now! That is a big compliment!”

About: Caring for pets isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are. With roots that stretch from the English countryside to the heart of the U.S., my husband and I have a deep, lifelong bond with animals. I grew up on a traditional farm in East Anglia, where animals were part of the family. My husband, while not raised on a farm, has hands-on experience managing one, giving him a unique perspective on animal care. During our time in England with the military, I had the privilege of dog-sitting for fellow military families, ensuring their pets felt at home while their owners were deployed or traveling. Together, we’ve also volunteered countless hours at a dog shelter, where we poured our hearts into every moment spent with those animals. Our approach to pet care is all about love, dedication, and making your pet feel like they’re part of our family. When your dog is with us, they’re not just being cared for—they’re being cherished. Let us be your pet’s home away from home. My husband is currently on terminal leave from the military for the next two months, allowing him to be home all day, every day. I’m also available full-time, as I’m taking this opportunity to focus on our new puppy. With both of us at home, we have plenty of time and attention to give, and we’d love to welcome another furry friend into our home to join in the fun! In our home, we provide a warm, welcoming environment where your pet will feel like part of our family. We believe in maintaining a routine that mirrors your pet’s usual schedule, including feeding times, walks, and playtime, to ensure they feel secure and comfortable. We keep a close eye on their behavior, ensuring they’re happy and healthy, and we offer plenty of love and attention throughout the day. Our home is clean, safe, and well-equipped with toys, comfortable spaces for rest, and a puppy-proofed area for added safety. When caring for pets in a client’s home, we bring the same level of dedication and attention to detail. We follow your instructions closely, ensuring that your pet’s routine is maintained while you’re away. We’re attentive to your pet’s needs and provide regular updates to keep you informed and at ease. Whether it’s walks, feeding, or just keeping them company, we treat your home and your pet with the utmost respect and care.
“Damian is awesome! Pups loved him. He is dependable and a clear communicator. Appreciate how friendly he is and will definitely be using him again to watch our fur babies when we go out of town.”

“Jacob is very friendly, communicative, reliable and very accommodating as I needed someone at the last minute. He did a great job with my dog Koda. I strongly recommend Jacob for pet services. He was very responsible and helpful and set my mind at ease while I was traveling. Yamini Adkins”

About: I have watched pets for four years and love watching every pet that I have watched. From big ones to small ones I love them all. All days are great for me to watch pets. Holidays are great as well. There is no bad time for me to watch your pet. I provide a safe environment for all pets. Even if I watch your pet in home or at your house or if I walk your pet.
“Very unexpectedly my husband and I had to travel out of state for a very sad and stressful visit. We rushed around to contact a few local family members to get daily care for our three cats. No one could help us. I’ve never used Rover before, and was actually quite nervous, knowing that my cats are older, and typically don’t do well with strangers. I chose Torii based on the reviews she had been given by others. Torii responded back to me right away, and our visits were booked. Torii visited my cats once a day for three days. She was easy to communicate with, very punctual, followed the care instructions that I left for her, and it seems she made friends with a couple of my cats. ? Booking through Rover was very easy and efficient. We are very pleased with the professionalism given by Rover and Torii. My husband and I are beyond grateful to have a service such as Rover and exceptional caregivers, such as Torii. We will definitely use Rover and Torii on any future pet sitting needs! Thank you.”

Chewy arrived while she was there and she provided treats all around :) the pups love her and I can’t say enough about how appreciative I am to have a reliable person to take care of the pups while I’m out!”

Favoretta cat parents share their Rover experiences
Hannah was such a pleasure to meet. She was so good with my cat as well. My cat is very shy and typically dos not appear when sitters come to the house. While still not friendly, my cat did come greet Hannah and allow herself to be seen. I think she sensed that Hannah is a cat person. Would definitely book again.
