I follow routines closely - feeding, walks, medications, enrichment, and quiet time, so your pet’s day feels familiar and comforting. I am mindful to latch doors, secure gates, keep bowls clean and fresh water full. My goal is for your pet to feel safe and for you to feel completely confident while you’re away.

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Nicole canceled our confirmed booking at 5:37 AM on Valentine’s Day — while we were asleep — just hours before she was supposed to arrive. Instead of canceling the day before and giving us reasonable time to find alternative care, she waited until the last minute, leaving us scrambling at 7 AM now we have to urgently find another sitter or cancel our Valentine’s Day plans. We had significant reservations and plans that morning, and this cancellation created unnecessary stress and risk and I might lose $1000+ plans. Reliability is the most basic expectation when trusting someone with your home and pet. Backing out at the last minute shows a lack of professionalism and consideration. If you have firm plans, travel, or important commitments, I would strongly reconsider booking her. Dependability matters.
