About: Hi there! I’m Lauren, I have grown up with all kinds of animals like they were my family members, (even wild animals!). When your fur baby stays with me, they are a part of my family. I live with my Australian Cattle Dog, Spooky, and we love welcoming new friends into our home. Whether your baby needs snuggles, a play buddy or a friend to help them adjust, I am here to provide loving care. I treat every animal as if they were my own fur baby, making sure their stay is filled with comfort, play, and affection. I work from home as a digital marketer so I will be with your fur baby 24/7. Throughout the day I provide plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship. I do my best to follow your routine closely (if you have one you want me to follow) to make sure your baby feels comfortable, loved, and cared for while you are away. Since I work from home I can be with your fur baby 24/7. I create a calm, safe, and loving environment where they feel happy. Since I work remotely, I can provide regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, meals, and companionship. I always follow your instructions carefully (if you give me any), feeding routines, medication needs, leash rules, crate preferences, and any special care notes. I make every pet feel safe, loved, and cared for like they are my own fur baby.
“Hannah is phenomenal! So much experience, so cool, kind and calm- perfect for my crazy pack! She handled all three beautifully for her drop in visits, gave me plenty of photos and feedback to put my mind at ease while I was working late! We definitely look forward to having her again!”

About: I have had pets in my house for over half my life. Since I was at least 8, I have had either a dog or a fish or now a cat in my home! Some dogs I have owned include a Doberman, Beagle, Poodle, Chiwawas and many many foster animals. I love dogs and more recently cats! I would love to come experience your dog and play with them. Monday thru Friday I am available all day. I love giving early mornings walks or afternoon checkups! My schedule is very flexible so I can accommodate any sort of deviation. I offer a very clean home for my animals and will settle for nothing less. I am no stranger to the unexpected mess and will take my time clean it up properly.
“She fed my four cats twice a day for 6 days and did awesome. Usually one of my cats hates visitors but she warmed up to her by the second day or so, so I’m amazed. I’ll be using her again! Thank you!”

About: Excited to be trying rover out! Brand new on this app. I’m a life long dog lover and grew up with Golden Retrievers. As a child and teenager, I would envision living near the beach in Florida with a healthy and active lifestyle surrounded by dogs, so made it happen. My first job in high school was at a Veterinary Clinic in Hopewell, NJ. After high school I attended West Virginia University for two years. Being away at college made me miss my dogs too much, and I found class too boring to sit still through. In 2012 I came home from school and got a job at St.Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center in North Branch, NJ. That was a life changing experience and gave me a soft spot for shelter dogs but most of all Pit Bulls and senior dogs. I also gained experience with training and behavior modification. During that time I adopted my soul dog Binx , an American Staffordshire Terrier, and my 20lb black cat, Mr.Ruger. After moving to Florida in 2013 I worked at Love My Dog Resort in St.Petersburg while fostering and volunteering for Passion4Pits rescue. In 2019 I began calling Volusia County home. I worked as a personal trainer and physical therapy aide while living in a condo. After moving into a house beachside in Ormond with a fully fenced yard in 2026, I am fulfilling my top passion- caring for animals! The best part about being a pet sitter is getting to borrow and experience all of the different breeds and personality quirks. From Chihuahuas to Rottweilers, to Pits and Poodles, I loves ‘em all! I also loves cats and coincidentally moved into a cat colony she cares for outside. I know pets are family (often better), and should be treated accordingly. I will treat your fur babies as if they’re her own, and probably give them a new nickname or make up a song about them during their stay. I am experienced with all demographics of dogs (even Hurricane Katrina survivors) and comfortable with all breeds and personalities. I boards dogs in my home, offers in home pet sitting, drop in’s for walks (or runs!) and companionship. I care for an elderly woman part time 3 days a week and the rest of the time I’m home with the dogs! My life revolves around the dogs. I try to keep their schedule and routine as close to what it is at home. I keep them as comfy as possible to help them feel loved and secure!
About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life I grew up with dogs I have a puppy of my own and she is my whole life and I used to foster puppies I work from home so I can move my job anywhere I need to so I’ll be available to help you with the fur babies anytime I have a fenced in backyard and a golden and 2 Australian shepherds that love other dogs and are just the best puppies ever I’ve crate trained all of them so if your doggo is crate trained I’m 100% used to that in also have taken care of all my puppy’s from when they where puppies and so I know how to potty train them

“Anna and Jacob did an excellent job with our German shepherd. She is older and sometimes finicky with eating and play time but she seemed to enjoy their company and ate every meal. They went above and beyond normal sitter duties by scrubbing her water bowl, brushing her, and vacuuming before our return. Thank you so much for the extra care you showed our girl!”

“Kim was fantastic! She sent wonderful updates and is definitly someone you can trust to take care of your fur baby when you’re away. I will be using her again when necessary.”
About: I've grown up caring for family pets like dogs, fish, turtles, hamsters, and frogs. I've always enjoyed taking care of family and friends pet's while their away, including: cats, geckos, and horses. There's never been a time in my life where I didn't have at least two pets. I have four years experience working in the pet care industry. I started at a general practice veterinary clinic assisting with general veterinary procedures as well as caring for pets who were boarding at the facility. I also worked temporarily at an emergency veterinary clinic, monitoring patients and assisting with major procedures. I also worked at a boarding facility for cats and dogs for two years, caring for overnight guests and facilitating playtimes with different groups of dogs, including being a lifeguard to dogs in the doggy pool. I have a very attentive eye for any physical or emotional stressors that your pet may be going through from all this experience with pet care. Please contact me with any questions you may have, I'd be pleased to work with you! I am available weekdays after 6pm and all day on weekends. I'm currently employed as an environmental scientist, so I am unable to schedule M-F between 7am-6pm. I'm a huge believer of giving pets the physical and emotional enrichment they need. Every pet needs the quality attention and physical exercise they need everyday! I would love to be that person for you. DOGS: I enjoy exploring outdoors and would be thrilled to take your pet on an exploratory stroll around the neighborhood or in a local park! I grew up with beagles, so I understand the importance of just letting the pup sniff, it's good for their brain! I'm also thrilled to give your baby a fast-paced walk or long-distance walk if they have that extra energy! I'm pleased to cater to any of your dog's specific dietary, exercise, training, or play routines. I will always keep you updated as you please! CATS: No matter how your baby feels about a stranger in their home, I'm determined to make them as comfortable as possible while I'm there! I love giving kitties the extra TLC they deserve, weather that's engaging in their favorite toys, or giving them as many of their favorite treats that I'm allowed! I'm always happy to administer any medications and adhere to feeding, grooming, cleaning, etc. schedules.

“Pam was absolutely wonderful! She gave us exceptional service for a wonderful price and is such a fantastic choice for Rover! We had a perfect experience and are so happy we chose her. Thank you!!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Ormond Beach
Wow, this was our first time using Rover (and leaving our pets with someone different for the first time). Leilani was fantastic. She met us before our trip to meet the pets, understand the routines, and learn where everything was kept. She was very detailed in her notes, reached out with any questions, cleaned up, and most importantly spent time with them each day so they knew they were in good hands. I highly recommend Leilani, and will absolutely have her pet sit again! So impressed!

Really appreciate your help with my fur babies. This time included 2 trips to the vet. To be able to be far from home and know that my pets are well taken care of,with a full report and pictures after each visit gave me a great sense of peace. Thank you so much!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
