About: We have taken care of many dogs and cats throughout the years, for friends, family, and neighbors and are very comfortable caring for all sizes and temperaments! We have a back unit in our home that will serve as a dedicated spot for your fur babies to eat, sleep, and relax in comfort with us. We have a large fenced in backyard for them to play in too! We love to take daily walks and give plenty of attention to any pet we care for! One of us is work from home, and the other is hybrid with 3 days at home, so someone will always be in the house to attend to pets. We are free any day of the week, and also open to multiple overnight stays if needed! We have a fenced in backyard with plenty of room to play in, and a separated back unit to give your pet a dedicated space where they have plenty of space to move around in. We also have many toys and treats for cats and dogs. We are located near the beach in a very walkable area, and will take your pet for frequent walks as well.
“Brenda was amazing! Her visits were like clockwork, and she always provided great photos and notes on how the visits went. We will definitely book her services again, and we highly recommend her if you need a reliable, caring, and professional sitter to care for your pets while you’re away!”

“Liberty was great. We needed help with our retrievers while we finished moving tasks. We asked for her help and she was there within a couple hours. Then she stayed past her hour while we searched for uhaul returns. So relieved she was there to help us. Would definitely recommend her and would use her services again.”

“Jessica is fantastic. She's punctual, responsive, and of course Molly loves her. I wouldn't hestitate to call on her to take care of my dog when I can't be home to feed, walk, and spend time with her.”

“This is the second visit Monica has taken on with my energetic pups. She is a great communicator and sends lots of pics. “Laura provided the icing on the cake for a much needed getaway for my husband and I, which was a worry-free weekend of care for our two fur babies. She provided brief daily updates, pics, and general confirmation that everything was perfectly fine at home, allowing us to unwind from a few months of work and family related stress. Thanks Laura!”

“Damian is so patient with my dog Mila. He took extra time to warm up to her and I can't express how much that means to me since she doesn't take to strangers. He was punctual and able to drop in 2 days in a row on short notice. I'm so thankful I found him. Now I can actually look forward to going away on vacation.”

About: I grew up with a dog in the house and then starting watching dogs and caring for them starting at around age 13. I was the "go-to" dog walker in the neighborhood as I was reliable and made sure each dog received proper care while I was in charge! I a currently a personal trainer and have a lot of flexibility with my schedule. I have the ability to walk or care for your loved one at a variety of different times in hopes that you will not have to worry while away! I make sure that I follow the proper steps and procedures based on what the family is looking for. I am sure to feed, walk, pet, play, exercise, or hang with your little one!

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Ormond Beach
Liberty was absolutely incredible with her direct and quick communication and responses, which I appreciate and value very much. She followed directions precisely and did exactly as hired. She is very trustworthy and for my first rover experience I couldn't have asked for a better experience! She sent a lot of pictures and played with my 5 cats after ensuring they were taken care of (like water, litterbox, food.) Really happy with the level of care and communication and she deserves 10 stars!
Shannon is top grade sitter for my fur baby. She has a lot of anxiety and I was worried about leaving her for a week. Shannon gave me pics every day and let me know she was good. She even made sure the auto litter, trash, water and food bowls were cleaned before I got home. I'm so thankful she was available and my kitty is comfortable with her. Shannon is such a respectful, dependable, and pleasant person!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
