About: I've owned animals ever since I was born, including cats, dogs, hamsters, rats, and birds. I jokingly say I was raised by cats. I have been pet sitting for neighbors and friends since I was ten. Outside of that, I regularly volunteer at animal shelters and rescues. I've studied positive reinforcement for training animals. I adore animals. I currently live with a former street cat and a hyperactive Australian Cattle dog. I pride myself on flexiblty and providing the best care for animals. I'm able to drop in any time during the week and weekend. I can visit multiple times a day. I strive for at minimum 30 minutes of walking for dogs. I will take time to bond with animals with plenty of praise and affection to make the animals comfortably around me. I've own many rescue animals and know that some animals need extra patience and kindness to warm up to people.

About: I've worked in animal care as well as house sitting for neighbors and friends. I've cared for chickens, rabbits, ferrets, geckos, boxer breeds, other dogs, and cats. I also have 2 cats of my own. Fully available on weekends, during the weekdays I have a second job and it would appreciated with getting about a week notice instead of 3 days Making sure they stay on their schedule feedings if there are any, giving the pets all my attention for play times as well as potty times.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life my last dog I had for 17 years old he was a chihuahua and was with me through high school college and kids! He passed away in 2020 and I’ve since picked up pet sitting to help give love I have. I’m the go to person for all my neighbors and friends and family for animal sitting old, young, disabled animals you name it I’ve done it. I recently fostered two kittens and it was so much joy for me. About: New to rover! Not new to pet sitting! Recently got a house so growing my pet sitting career so trying out rover and am excited! About myself and my background- Katie provides trusted pet care throughout Volusia and Flagler Counties. She has been a lifelong animal lover with a dream rooted in the Florida lifestyle. Growing up in New York City, she spent school breaks in Ponce Inlet, where she fell in love with the Florida lifestyle and envisioned a future surrounded by pets, sunshine, and the ocean. Her journey with animals began early, working at a veterinary clinic in Hopewell, NJ, gaining hands-on experience in animal health and care. She later worked at St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center, where she developed a deep passion for rescue animals—especially Pit Bulls and senior dogs—and gained experience in training and behavior. We wake up around 7am and go to bed around 10pm, so I ask no drop offs or pick ups after 10pm nor before 7am. I am a homebody and an animal lover! I’m always home in my garden, outside in the shade, cleaning up at home. I work part time (2 days a week) caring for an elderly woman. I’m basically always home with them other than that. I incorporate them into everything I do and am always talking to them, singing to them. They’re part of the family! I have a fully fenced and secure yard. I have an extra bedroom as well. I have tons of space outside that is shaded. Dogs are welcome to lounge on the couch or bed just as they’re welcome to play like maniacs outside or relax in the sun or shade. I do have crates if your dog is used to being crated at certain times. If not, they will never be inside a crate. I do watch dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes. With my experience, it works and dogs naturally know to play with someone their own size, or leave a dog alone if they are older/smaller and don’t have the same play style. However, I understand some small dog owners are uncomfortable with their littles around bigs, or their seniors around the young pups. If you’re not comfortable with your dog around younger or larger dogs, or certain breeds, we may not be for you, and that’s okay!

About: I trained young animals, and took care of them at my local animal shelter at home. I’ve had multiple pets throughout my life, and know exactly how to take care of their needs and wants. I love to walk and have fulfillment time! My range of pet care fluctuates in any age, from puppies to elderly. I can provide any medications or special requests for your loved pet! I’m currently a flight student at Embry-Riddle and on the women’s lacrosse team. Currently, I only fly in the mornings until 9:00. I’m free all day any day, and my schedule is super flexible! I know how to accommodate pet needs for each type of animal in need. I ensure they get proper exercise, nutrition, and fulfillment time to provide the best experience for them!
