“When I first met Janice it felt as though I was talking with a good friend. She is so kind and passionate about pet sitting as her profession. I was leaving for 10 days, which is the longest I have been away from my pups. Janice sent pictures, videos and updates about my pups. She fed them twice a day and spent the night with them. Jeileen was very kind and clearly cared about our dog. We loved that she included him in her daily life and even took him along to visit family — he came home happy and well socialized. The only reason for four stars instead of five is communication. There were a few times we had important questions about his medications and didn’t get any response, which was stressful. Overall a good experience, and with more consistent communication it would be great.
