Chelsea sent me pictures throughout the evening and the next morning of my dogs lounging around with them and everybody seemed content and happy. She arrived on time And followed all the instructions that I left. Definitely will use her again.”

I felt comfortable going out of town for a few days knowing she would make sure he had his walks, food/water, play time, and love while I was away. Romeo was safe in her care and he was able to follow his normal routine in his own home which was a much better experience than boarding him. Kristy is kind, patient, and trustworthy. My home was kept tidy and she even vacuumed dog hair a couple of times. She was timely and thorough in everything I asked her to do. It was a pleasant surprise and so nice of her to send pictures and videos of Romeo, too! I will definitely be counting on her again in the future the next time I need someone to walk Romeo or look after him for a few days. He loved her and now they have made a new friendship. This was my first time using Rover, so I really didn't know what to expect. It was nice to work out the details with Kristy in a way that was comfortable for us all.
