About: What sets me apart as a sitter is my 20+ years of hands-on pet experience and medical background. I can administer medications, thoroughly clean and sanitize, and provide personalized, attentive care, ensuring your animal feels safe, loved, and completely comfortable. I currently work full-time as a registered nurse. I’ve been a pet lover my entire life. I’ve grown up with multiple cats and dogs. I currently have two dogs and one cat and the pet care would involve either me coming to your house and letting your pet stay in their home environment. Or joining our little zoo. My availability is wide open on weekends and soon to be full-time. But I currently work at 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. I am available to frequently let your pet out every two hours at least if they are in your home. At my house, they are able to have unlimited love and attention.

About: I love fur babies of all sizes, ages, and breed’s!! I can’t remember a time that there wasn’t a dog or cat in my house, if not multiple. I unfortunately lost my previous precious babies within 2 months of each other almost 3 years ago due to their ailments. I adopted them when they were about the same age and that sadly led to them becoming old and sick together. I had 2 dogs, Pancho and Lulu, that had kidney disease along with chronic arthritis. Pancho also had vestibular and Lulu also had dementia. They were on prescription diets as well as medications and supplements that needed to be given at specific times. When Pancho would relapse with vestibular, he needed to be walked with a special harness which I am very grateful for and familiar with. Lulu’s age unfortunately got the best of her so I am also used to laser and acupuncture therapy as well as simply letting them know that it’s OK to potty inside or forget what they were doing. I can’t imagine what their minds are going through. I also had two cats, Miracle and Elvyra. Miracle was diabetic which involved a strict schedule of prescription feeding and medications, including insulin. Elvyra was in heart failure, had vestibular, and was asthmatic. She was also on a strict schedule of a prescription feeding along with oral and topical medications. I had to check her breathing everyday so I have an app (given to me by my vet) and am still very familiar with noticing signs of distress. I currently have an elder cat, Maggie, that has hyperthyroidism and arthritis. She started off as a foster, but when I learned about her ailments it seemed like it was meant to be that she stayed with me. She has progressed so much since being on the correct diet and medications. While I definitely spoil her, I couldn’t be happier that she’s succeeding the way she is. I also currently have an outside cat, Kitty. His mother unfortunately after caring for him his entire 18 years of life decided to move away and not take him with her. I took it upon myself to take care of him. While he didn’t like anyone before except his mother, which is completely understandable given his history, he has grown to love and trust me. It took several months and patience, but I am so very proud of the strength that he has to trust me after the heartbreak he just went through. I have my own fur babies, however I am very fortunate to have my wife care for ours so that I am able to love and care for yours as much as possible! I am very precise and particular with my babies so I understand wanting things done “your way”. Nothing can be more stressful than leaving your loved ones with someone else. Trust me, I get it.

“Kristy did a wonderful job looking after my dog, Romeo. I felt comfortable going out of town for a few days knowing she would make sure he had his walks, food/water, play time, and love while I was away. Romeo was safe in her care and he was able to follow his normal routine in his own home which was a much better experience than boarding him. Kristy is kind, patient, and trustworthy. My home was kept tidy and she even vacuumed dog hair a couple of times. She was timely and thorough in everything I asked her to do. It was a pleasant surprise and so nice of her to send pictures and videos of Romeo, too! I will definitely be counting on her again in the future the next time I need someone to walk Romeo or look after him for a few days. He loved her and now they have made a new friendship. About: I’ve had multiple dogs growing up and in recent years I shared a dog with my precious partner for 3 years (in pictures).
