“Steve and his lovely wife took great care of our two 18 year old Chihuahua's Ninja and Piggy. They were there for 6 days and did great, we got daily updates with pictures and it was a very "low stress" boarding as I could see they were doing well. We also got to see inside the house and chat with the Mrs when we dropped them off and I liked everything they're doing (Whiteboard Wall!) and it really set my mind at ease. About: Excited to be on Rover, brand new to this app, although my family has been pet sitting for years. We moved to this area a year ago. I grew up on a farm in Western Massachusetts and my dad was a vet, so we had plenty of animals around! It was a blast and gave me a strong passion of caring for animals at a young age. I helped my dad out with his veterinary office in high school, until moving to Florida. I’ve also been a shelter worker and veterinary technician and my family and I have fostered and rescued countless dogs and cats! I am kind of crazy animal dude. My teenage daughter shares my love for animals as well and loves helping out. I don’t board more than two dogs a night because I have my own, unless they are from the same family. Then we will board up to four. Please only dog friendly dogs. Because my home has a dog door, I ask for no escape artists and/or dogs with severe separation anxiety. The privacy fence is 8”, but dogs will have access to both indoors and outdoors having the doggy door, as long as they aren’t too chubby to fit, which sometimes happens! I used to be a tree climber. Unfortunately, I fell off a roof a few years ago and broke both of my feet. Thankfully I’m able to walk and be active again so I still do tree jobs part time, but I’m home more often than not, so decided to turn my love for animals into something. My daughter turns 15 next month and shares our passion for animals. Between myself, my wife, and our daughter, someone is almost always home. We are total animal people and all educated in animal behavior. I have a fully fenced yard and a playful pup who is still respectful to lower energy/smaller/senior dogs. I have a dog door, dogs are allowed on the furniture. They are very spoiled here!

The standard I am happy to watch 2 dogs at time, BUT please know if I'm watching dogs from different families, I'll ALWAYS check with you before accepting another dog so there are no surprises and everyone is comfortable. I'm happy to watch up to 3 dogs at a time....IF they already know each other. I have 3 cats all from humane society’s and I also have a puppy that just turned one so I understand the puppy phase! I am currently a freshman in college but I have a very flexible schedule so I have a LOT of free time and I would love to spend it with your pets! I am very good with any type of pet, I love any breed of dog and I’m not afraid of big or small breeds. I would love to get to know your fur babies!

About: Hello! Let me start by saying I am a huge animal lover. I have always grown up with dogs and cats. I have experience with puppies, older seniors and breeds from chihuahuas to pitbulls! I am currently taking a break from work and getting back into school next semester. I am available both days and nights pretty much 24/7! I have a large fenced in yard filled with grass so the animals can run freely in the back. I also have a frenchie named Ruxin who can keep your furbaby company. Ruxin has his own separate room where he likes to sleep if your dog will do better on its own. Ruxin is friendly with both dogs and cats! About: Excited to be on Rover, brand new to this app, although my family has been pet sitting for years. We moved to this area a year ago. I grew up on a farm in Western Massachusetts and my dad was a vet, so we had plenty of animals around! It was a blast and gave me a strong passion of caring for animals at a young age. I helped my dad out with his veterinary office in high school, until moving to Florida. I’ve also been a shelter worker and veterinary technician and my family and I have fostered and rescued countless dogs and cats! I am kind of crazy animal dude. My teenage daughter shares my love for animals as well and loves helping out. I don’t board more than two dogs a night because I have my own, unless they are from the same family. Then we will board up to four. Please only dog friendly dogs. Because my home has a dog door, I ask for no escape artists and/or dogs with severe separation anxiety. The privacy fence is 8”, but dogs will have access to both indoors and outdoors having the doggy door, as long as they aren’t too chubby to fit, which sometimes happens! I used to be a tree climber. Unfortunately, I fell off a roof a few years ago and broke both of my feet. Thankfully I’m able to walk and be active again so I still do tree jobs part time, but I’m home more often than not, so decided to turn my love for animals into something. My daughter turns 15 next month and shares our passion for animals. Between myself, my wife, and our daughter, someone is almost always home. We are total animal people and all educated in animal behavior. I have a fully fenced yard and a playful pup who is still respectful to lower energy/smaller/senior dogs. I have a dog door, dogs are allowed on the furniture. They are very spoiled here!
