Here are a few key things I’d like to know about your pets in advance: Any health issues, medications, or special needs • Allergies or food sensitivities Diet and routines: • Feeding schedule and amount • Favorite treats or dental chews Activity preferences: • Do they love to chase a ball or prefer snuggles? • Are there any physical limitations I should be careful about (bad hips, arthritis, etc)? Behavior and temperament: • Are they friendly with people and other pets or more nervous or protective? • Anything that scares or upsets them (vacuum, thunder, bicycles)? Training and commands: • Which commands do they know and respond to (like “sit” or “leave it”) Emergency contacts: • Your preferred veterinarian’s info • An additional contact in case you’re unreachable Other preferences: • Anything else you think I should know to keep them comfortable and happy (like their favorite spot to sleep or a special toy)? The more I know, the better I can make sure their routine stays comfortable, their health is supported, and their happiness comes first!

Here are a few fun activities I love to do with the pets I watch (always tailored to their preferences, age, and energy level, of course!): For dogs: Playtime in the yard or park: Fetch, tug-of-war, or chase. Leashed walks: Explore nearby trails or neighborhoods. Keep their brains busy and rewarded. I offer lots of Cuddle sessions. Provide affection and relaxation after a busy day. For cats: Interactive feather wands or laser pointers: Get them up and moving! Boxes, bags, and crinkle balls: Quiet snuggles: Some cats prefer a calm spot by your side. But For all pets the most important is plenty of love, patience, and companionship: Making sure they feel comfortable, happy, and secure. Every pet is unique, and I always follow their lead! whether they want to zoom around or just chill and snuggle. Whatever makes them happiest while you’re away!
