About: I have helped care for friends and families fur babies over the years. Bathing, babysitting, walking i have done it all for them. I’ve also 🥰 and care for my own dogs. Currently traveling the country in an RV. I would love to help our neighbors in campgrounds who need their pets let out or walked while out of their camper. Looking to work for neighbors in campgrounds who need assistance with letting dogs out to dog park, or go for walk, or just spending time with them.
“Sarah was great with our two dogs and was so nice! We will definitely use her again in the future. She sent lots of pictures throughout the stay and was flexible on drop off and pick up times.”

“Gianna was amazing! She was very welcoming of Sadie and took great care of her. She treated Sadie like she was one of the family. I would highly recommend Gianna for your pet!”

“This was my third time using Allyne’s services and she was incredible as always. My dogs actually run towards her apartment when I drop them off so I know they are very happy with her. She is my go-to dog sitter when I am in the Daytona area. Highly recommend!”

“Extremely satisfying experience!!! It was our first time we left the dog with someone for 3 nights)) And Megan make it less stressful ☺️ We received photo and video updates several times a day🥰 Thanks a lot again 🫶🏼”

“Katlyn was wonderful! She had excellent communication every step of the way, even checking with me on Lottie’s comfort level with other dogs. She was very understanding with my nervous pup and did everything she could to make Lottie feel comfortable. She was flexible when I needed to drop my pup off earlier than planned and kept me informed through the weekend. Definitely recommend!”

“Kimberly took excellent care of my two pups while I was away with hubby for a long weekend. She took them for long walks at the park and provided daily updates with pictures and excellent communication! She went above and beyond with them and helped educate me on improving their diet and types of leashes that would work better for walking them together. I can’t say enough good things about this experience. I would definitely recommend Kimberly to anyone looking for a great pet sitter who loves both dogs and cats!!”

“Had our first boarding with Shannon and it was fabulous. My dog Mojo got along with her dogs so well and I could tell he had a blast! She is very responsive and definitely made my dog feel like he was right at home. Will rebook for next trip!”

About: I have always loved dogs. I have one of my own and he bring so much joy to me. I think when people own their own dog they realize they aren’t just pets they really are part of the family . I feel like I can add an extra set of care be able to make them feel like they’re at home and be personal. These are a part of your family so they should be treated like a family member. I’m currently in school but pretty much have an open schedule. I might have one or two shift shifts during the day, but I’m available after four every single day and then on the weekends all day. Like i mentioned prior i have 2 dogs at home so i am use to the playing making sure they are happy and keeping up with them. I also have realized they are very different from each other so it’s important to adjust to how they would want things and there own space

About: Hi! I’m a huge dog lover and proud pitbull owner, so caring for dogs—especially big breeds—is something I genuinely love and feel very comfortable with. I have hands-on experience with larger, strong dogs and regularly care for a 70lb Cane Corso puppy, so I understand how to handle high-energy, powerful pups with patience and confidence. You can also expect lots of photo updates while you’re away—I know how important it is to feel connected and reassured that your dog is in good hands 🐾💛 I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your dog the attention they deserve. I’m available most weekdays and weekends, including afternoons and evenings. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, so your dog will get consistent attention, exercise, and companionship throughout the day. My fiancé is also home most of the week while pursuing his bachelor’s degree, so there is usually someone home to provide extra supervision, care, and attention. I’m also open to last-minute bookings when available. I have a large, fully fenced-in yard for safe outdoor time, along with extra leashes, collars, and an extra-large crate for visiting dogs if needed. My home is a 3-bedroom space, which allows me to easily separate dogs when necessary to ensure everyone feels comfortable and stress-free. I also have additional crates available for safe rest time or if your dog is crate-trained. For exercise and enrichment, I love taking dogs on long walks at Reed Canal Park around the lake, and I have a reliable vehicle for safe transportation. I closely follow your dog’s routine, monitor behavior carefully, and provide regular photo updates so you always feel confident your dog is in great hands.
“Mckenzy took excellent care of Scout this past week! I was not worried a single moment while I was gone. Her communication is top notch. Highly recommend if you're looking for a professional sitter in the area!”

We are available to board your pet any day of the week as long as we are given advanced notice, at least 1 week before. “We are so happy we chose Samantha to watch our dog! She did a fantastic job keeping him happy and comfortable, giving us complete peace of mind. If you are looking for a responsible, caring, and trustworthy pet sitter, we highly recommend Samantha!”

“I'm so happy to have found Carol - what an awesome experience! Ollie was super at home with her, as the pictures proved, he just settled right in. He's still learning to be a civil pup with other dogs, so I was a little nervous on how he would do in a new setting. Carol was a pro and Ollie did great. Thanks so much!!!”

“Josh was incredible with our mini dachshund Elton! He took him to the dog park, walked him plenty, and gave great photo updates throughout his stay! Will definitely be using Josh every time we come through Orlando and need a dog sitter!”

About: I was born in Daytona but moved to Louisiana when I was 12. We lived on a huge farm with many dogs, chickens, ducks, and cats. They were always fed, cared for, and loved. Animals are so loving and just want to be loved and cared for, and as your pet sitter I can promise you they will be treated with amazing care. Every morning I wake up around 10am and get myself ready for the day, this will give me the time to take your sweet baby out to use the restroom and go for a nice walk, around 2pm I usually relax at the house and watch tv, clean, and start getting dinner ready, which gives me time to hang out with your baby and also take your sweet animals out again to use the restroom and give them a bath if needed as well. Then I begin winding down at around 10pm, which gives me one last time to take them out and let them get their beauty rest. I have a couch your babies can lay on and they are allowed on the furniture. I have plenty of water and food for them and have loads of comfortable things they can lay on with toys they can play with and enjoy.

Kristen was able to accommodate our last minute request for a two night stay for Piper. Upon arriving at their home, PIper pulled us right to the door and was so excited to see Kristen and Mike, further assuring us that they are the perfect people to watch our dog. A short note and picture from Kristen arrives daily making us smile. This was Piper's second stay with Kristen and we couldn't be happier!
Jami and her husband and their pup were very gracious in welcoming Hutch into their beautiful home while I worked nearby. They sent pictures and updates and Hutchinson clearly felt at home! In fact -he had such a great day -he didn’t want to leave ! I would highly recommend Jami!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in FL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
