Thanks! ☀️ I like to make sure my buddy is okay , playing and happy while I’m there , of course be careful with all the stuff around // I don’t have a backyard and u can’t host .
“We left our 5 month old puppy with Jennifer for a week while we had a wedding out of town. She was amazing!! Kept me updated and sent me pictures/videos of my pup every chance she could! It was our first time going out of town since we got him so we were a bit nervous leaving but she made the whole process very comfortable for us!! Axel had so much fun while we were away and she really does care for them like they’re her own! We will definitely be bringing him back to visit her 💕”

“Kimberly was fantastic, once again. I feel so lucky to have found a sitter who is so attentive and loves our dog as much as we do. She is fantastic about sending messages and pictures throughout the stay. Cooper loves his stays at her house!”

“Extremely satisfying experience!!! It was our first time we left the dog with someone for 3 nights)) And Megan make it less stressful ☺️ We received photo and video updates several times a day🥰 Thanks a lot again 🫶🏼”

“I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Olivia. Great communication, above and beyond care for our pups. Pictures and videos were provided during their stay. They surely enjoy their time there. She made them feel like at home. Thank you Olivia !”

“Aja, Jack, and their little man loved Stan like there own while we were on a long trip. They were in communication whenever we needed an update and even before we could ask there were pictures sent to us. Stan went on many walks and dog park outings, and to be honest I think he was a little sad to leave when we picked him up. I cannot speak higher of the these guys and I’m glad to have found such great people to watch my pupper!”

“We have entrusted Ryan with our girl, Riley several times. She has kept her happy and entertained while we have gone on trips up to two weeks in length and I know she is in good hands while we are gone. I highly recommend Ryan, her and her family make my girl feel right at home!!”

“Deborah took excellent care of my dog. Immediately I knew her experience and genuine love and care for animals was a great fit. Her service brought me peace of mind, knowing my pet was in safe, loving hands. Incredibly communicative and my dog had a blast. If you're looking for the best care in NSB - look no further!”

“Sarah was great with our two dogs and was so nice! We will definitely use her again in the future. She sent lots of pictures throughout the stay and was flexible on drop off and pick up times.”

About: I genuinely LOVE taking care of animals. As a healthcare provider, I’m very comfortable with responsibility, routines, and recognizing subtle changes in behavior or health. I have experience caring for both young pets and seniors, including administering medications and giving extra patience and attention when needed. I treat every pet like they’re my own and make sure owners feel fully at ease while they’re away. I recently lost my 14-year-old pup, who was truly part of my family. While I’m not ready for a full-time commitment to a new pet just yet, I miss having pets around. I’ll treat your pet with the same love, patience, and attention I gave my own. Also I accept same day drop offs!!! Caring for pets is something I genuinely enjoy, so I intentionally build it into my daily routine. I’m available mornings, some afternoons, evenings, and weekends, and I make sure each visit is unhurried so your pet gets plenty of attention and care. I care for every pet like they’re my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I stick closely to their normal routine to reduce stress and take time to understand their personality and needs. I’m very mindful about safety, including secure doors, safe walks, and a clean environment at all times. I also love to send updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing!!
“Anyone looking for a dependable caring sitter for your fur babies you can’t go wrong with Buddy. He watched my two 6 month Labs and they absolutely fell in love with him. Not only did he play ball with them constantly but he also took them for many walks and gave them constant cuddles. In addition, he was very diligent in working with them on commands. I think they actually came back to me better behaved. I will definitely be sending him request for sitting when the need arises. Darleen B”

“Sammie loves going to see Robin. The last time I went to pick him up, he tried to get back to her front door. She is very attentive to his needs, wants and pickiness.”

“Gabrielle and family hosted Cooper with great care. Updated us with photos at least daily. He was excited to see us, but not in a hurry to leave. We would use Gabrielle again in a heartbeat.”

About: I been talking care of dogs and cats since 10 that’s when they gift me my first dog since there I been having good experiences with animals and is the best My routines most gotta do be in my house doing some work or going to park to run or just do some exercise and I like always to include pets and all kinds animals Always having a clean house, don’t having any food or chemicals in the floor, doors with locks, no sharp and glass furniture, and ensuring that any pet got everything than needs.

About: I was born in Daytona but moved to Louisiana when I was 12. We lived on a huge farm with many dogs, chickens, ducks, and cats. They were always fed, cared for, and loved. Animals are so loving and just want to be loved and cared for, and as your pet sitter I can promise you they will be treated with amazing care. Every morning I wake up around 10am and get myself ready for the day, this will give me the time to take your sweet baby out to use the restroom and go for a nice walk, around 2pm I usually relax at the house and watch tv, clean, and start getting dinner ready, which gives me time to hang out with your baby and also take your sweet animals out again to use the restroom and give them a bath if needed as well. Then I begin winding down at around 10pm, which gives me one last time to take them out and let them get their beauty rest. I have a couch your babies can lay on and they are allowed on the furniture. I have plenty of water and food for them and have loads of comfortable things they can lay on with toys they can play with and enjoy.

About: Hi! I’m a huge dog lover and proud pitbull owner, so caring for dogs—especially big breeds—is something I genuinely love and feel very comfortable with. I have hands-on experience with larger, strong dogs and regularly care for a 70lb Cane Corso puppy, so I understand how to handle high-energy, powerful pups with patience and confidence. You can also expect lots of photo updates while you’re away—I know how important it is to feel connected and reassured that your dog is in good hands 🐾💛 I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your dog the attention they deserve. I’m available most weekdays and weekends, including afternoons and evenings. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, so your dog will get consistent attention, exercise, and companionship throughout the day. My fiancé is also home most of the week while pursuing his bachelor’s degree, so there is usually someone home to provide extra supervision, care, and attention. I’m also open to last-minute bookings when available. I have a large, fully fenced-in yard for safe outdoor time, along with extra leashes, collars, and an extra-large crate for visiting dogs if needed. My home is a 3-bedroom space, which allows me to easily separate dogs when necessary to ensure everyone feels comfortable and stress-free. I also have additional crates available for safe rest time or if your dog is crate-trained. For exercise and enrichment, I love taking dogs on long walks at Reed Canal Park around the lake, and I have a reliable vehicle for safe transportation. I closely follow your dog’s routine, monitor behavior carefully, and provide regular photo updates so you always feel confident your dog is in great hands.

Abbie is wonderful. We had an emergency situation and Abbie was able to help us out with very little notice. She replied immediately to our reservation request and was always quick to respond to any of our questions. She is a true cat lover and our cat loved her. The video the sent us of Surge confirms this. We would definitely use her again. Your cat will be in good hands with Abbie!
Had an amazing experience with Mikayla and her home. She was incredibly sweet, warm, and welcoming. By the second day, Morse didn’t even mind being dropped off—that’s when I knew he was in great hands. I’ll definitely be keeping Mikayla’s contact for the next time I’m back in Daytona!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in FL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
