“My dog had too good a time. Kristi and her husband are fun dog sitters who really care, and their own doggies are very nice too. This was our first time leaving a 4 month old puppy with others and went very well.”

“Thank you Joana and family for taking such great care of Gypsy! She had a great weekend with you guys! Joana was so easy and responsive and sent pictures. I was able to enjoy the wedding without worrying about Daisy!”

“Very nice and caring person. My buddy had a blast staying with her. Very punctual with the pick up and drop off. Sends pics and updates. Our Falkor was in great hands. We will be using her again.”

“Daymee was fantastic and my dog Mar had a great time staying with her! She does a great job at keeping you updated, making sure they have everything they need, and also taking the dogs individual personality into consideration. Would want to take my dog anywhere else!”

“Wonderful experience. Monica watched our two goldens for nine days while we went on vacation. She is very professional and loving, send us an update with photos or video everyday. She even went out of her way and brought them more peanut butter when the jar I sent with them emptied. I know our pups were well cared for and loved while we were gone.”

“Our dog was very happy after his stay with Steve. We got updates while we were away on how he was doing. He got plenty of play time and was very well taken care of. Would definitely have Steve watch our dog again.”

“Cheryl is a true GEM. Our labradoodle was as happy as a pup can be when we picked him up. She gave him excellent care. Her home is large, she has 2 doodles of her own and has regular doggy daycare visitors making her home the fun zone for all dogs. I contacted her about a week before we were scheduled to leave for our 12 day honeymoon, she easily accepted and her pricing is definitely reasonable. She was very inviting when we came to meet and drop off our dog. She didn't mind that our dog had a small ear infection and gave him his ear wash & drops daily. Over all our experience with her has been the best by far. We will definitely be repeat clients and anticipate some doggy daycare visits just to keep our dog busy & play with friends.”
“I had an amazing experience. My sitter was reliable, attentive, and kept me updated with messages and photos, which really gave me peace of mind. My dog was happy, well cared for, and clearly comfortable. I will absolutely be booking again!”

“McKenzy is a truly wonderful dog sitter who provides exceptional care for both my Australian Kelpie and my Dalmatian. She communicates clearly and consistently, keeping me well informed throughout my time away, including sharing any potential concerns, which gives me great peace of mind. My dogs genuinely enjoy staying with her and are always happy, comfortable, and well cared for. McKenzy takes them on daily outings and ensures they receive plenty of exercise, and they return home pleasantly tired and relaxed, able to settle in easily for several days afterward. I highly recommend McKenzy and will continue to trust her with the care of my two dogs with complete confidence.”

“Ashley was wonderful taking care of my dog. She kept me up to date on how Bella was doing and sent me photos as well. She was a pleasure to deal with, my dog had a great time, and I will definitely utilize her again.”

“Jennifer was a great and enthusiastic host for our boys. She actively sent lots of pictures and updates. They seemed to have a good time and were well taken care of. Highly recommended!”

“Virginia is by far the best sitter we have used. She is so sweet and I can tell she sincerely cares for our dogs. She sent photo updates too. I cannot recommend her enough and if we find ourselves in Savannah again we will with out a doubt be using her again!”

I love dogs and cats the same! I do have a dog of my own, so your pup or cat will always have someone to keep them entertained! His name is Dexter, He’s my pride and joy! He’s a large size dog (100 lbs), but is very gentle! We love trips to the dog park, walks and play time! We would love to have a playmate or two join us for some fun! Hope we can help with your animals needs! Thanks in advance :) Looking forward to working with you! I currently work full time, 8:30-4:30, M-F. Evening (4:30pm or after) walks and drop ins are okay! For boarding, pet meet and greet is preferred prior. Drop offs, if it’s during the week, it has to be before 8am or after 4:30 pm. Weekends can be anytime! I live in a home by myself so I have plenty of room for your pet to play! I have a large dog who is very much a gentle giant. He loves to play! I do not have a fenced in yard, so leashes are required and the community I live in is very walker friendly!
“We left our 5 month old puppy with Jennifer for a week while we had a wedding out of town. She was amazing!! Kept me updated and sent me pictures/videos of my pup every chance she could! It was our first time going out of town since we got him so we were a bit nervous leaving but she made the whole process very comfortable for us!! Axel had so much fun while we were away and she really does care for them like they’re her own! We will definitely be bringing him back to visit her 💕”

About: Hey all 👋 I’m Katie, I live in Ormond by the Sea. I just started a pet sitting business. A little about me- My first job in high school was at my hometown’s veterinary clinic. After high school I worked as a shelter worker at St.Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center in NJ for two years prior to moving to FL in 2013. I grew up with golden retrievers and got a pit bull puppy whom was my soul dog at 21. I love all dogs and cats, but my shelter experience gave me a soft spot for pit bulls (and seniors!). Since then, I have been fostering and rescuing pit bulls. In 2015-2017, I worked at a large volume doggy daycare and boarding facility in St.Pete. I had my daughter in 2019, but rescuing never stopped, and I’m fostering again. I have an extra bedroom, a large FL room, large fenced yard and ample outdoor area for dogs and cats. I am insured as well. Taking clients for boarding, doggy daycare, or drop in’s for walks and runs. Former track runner & still have that passion for distance running (& sprints!), so I love running with dogs. At the shelter I was taught how to train dogs as well by a professional trainer, so I can help with behavioral issues as well. There is no demographic with dog I haven’t worked with. Two dogs at the shelter were actually Hurricane Katrina survivors (I love to see the face on people younger than my generation when I say that!). Thanks, Katie 😊 🐾 ❤️ 🐶 🐕 🐈⬛ 🐱 🐈 I am disability for PTSD but trying to overcome that. I recently started working 32 hours a week caring for an elderly woman. When I’m not doing that, I’m home with my plants and my pets (your pets too!). I don’t enjoy going out and my hobbies are animals and nature, so spend tons of time outside at home. I am looking to grow a pet sitting business as pets are my passion. I have a special love for shelter dogs and senior dogs as well. I’ve been an animal care taker, vet assistant and trainer at a shelter. I worked at a large volume doggy daycare and boarding facility in my 20’s and my first job was at my hometown’s local vet. I’ve owned large breed dogs my entire life, and throughout the years have fostered many. Kennel work was a lot of fun, so I like waking up like I’m at work. I wake up with the cats and dogs in bed. I let them out, feed them. Hang out with them outside. I then run my foster dog to the beach and run him on the beach. I run my other dog on the beach that evening. I love caring for the neighborhood cats as well. Pet care is my life and helps keep me going. I will spoil your pets as far as you allow. They can come on the furniture if allowed. If a dog or cat requires more sunbathing, we shall do that. Napping? Sure. A beach run? Sounds fun! I will ensure your pet is safe in my home and yours.
Holly Hill dog parents share their Rover experiences
Daisy loved her visit, especially cuddling with her daughter:). Kelsey was so easy to work with and was totally professional and energetic about working with our active Westie puppy. I will definitely be using her whenever visiting the Daytona area! Extremely pleased with her service!

Derrick did an amazing job taking care of our Gio and Lazarito while we were on a cruise. He kept us updated with pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our dogs were happy, well cared for, and clearly comfortable with him. Excellent experience from start to finish—highly recommended!

Had an amazing experience with Mikayla and her home. She was incredibly sweet, warm, and welcoming. By the second day, Morse didn’t even mind being dropped off—that’s when I knew he was in great hands. I’ll definitely be keeping Mikayla’s contact for the next time I’m back in Daytona!
