At our meet and greet, my dog was a little scared and unsure about the new place, and of the dogs that Douglania had. She could see that my dog needed some time and space to get used to new surroundings, new people and other dogs and assured me that I needn't worry. She updated me everyday on how my dog was doing with her food, walks, generally adjusting to things and sleeping. She also included many photos that would put my heart at ease while I was traveling.
