I left instructions, due to my dog having some issues. They seemed to follow them and hopefully he kept to his routine, which made it easier on them as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Don't be held back from not being invited into the house. In this day and age I would not want everyone I didn't know running in and out either. Her yard area was huge and more than adequate. She sent me photos & videos to keep me updated during his stay and he was very happy there. She was very personable, pleasant and has a great personality! She even cleaned him prior to my pickup and had him smelling really fresh. She is phenomenal!!! “Caroline kept Koda for a week and sent pictures and videos at least once a day. Koda takes a little while to adjust to a new environment, which means he didn’t eat at first. Caroline went to the store and bought him chicken to add to his food, which got him eating. Not only did Koda have a fenced in yard to run around, but they also went on walks. I would recommend Caroline and will book her in the future knowing Koda will be well taken care of.”
