We felt a bit anxious about having someone we didn’t personally know stay in our home caring for our three pups … they can be a handful. Especially now with our new addition who has loads of energy! We decided to do a meet and greet with Roman and from the moment we met with him we knew we had found the right person to care for our pups. All three of our pups loved meeting with Roman. They were very excited at first but after a few minutes of meeting Roman, we noticed how calm Roman made them feel. During our first meeting, Roman asked a lot of questions about each pup and their personalities and needs. During his stay, Roman sent us updates and photos and he was also very responsive each time we sent him a message. He was detail-oriented and followed the directions we gave him. He was even able to handle one of our pups who has some social anxiety. He made us feel at ease while he was caring for our pups. Our pups were calm and happy to see us when we came home from our trip and the house looked great. We are very pleased with Roman and will be using him again. Thank you Roman for taking such good care of our fur babies!”
