About: Hi! My name is Brandy! I have a certificate for zoo and domestic animal care from yavapai college in Arizona. I am also a dog owner of 11 years. I have certified both my dogs through the petsmart training courses. I have learned a lot through school and owning dogs of my own and have always had a passion for animals. Thanks so much for considering me for your furry babies! I am a server working part time and am looking for a way to make a little extra money on the side doing something I love! I am available for dog walking Monday-Sunday anytime before 2:30 and available Monday-Wednesday for overnights or whatever you may need as those are my days off. I will not be able to board any animals as I have a bit of a reactive border collie at my house but am available to come to your house for your needs
“Matt and Jamie were amazing. They were on time and gave alot of love to both our girls, one of our dogs is very skiddish and she even went to the both of them. Will definitely be booking them again next time we need too.”

“Maricela saved me at the last minute when my pet sitter plans fell through. She kept me updated with pictures and letting me know how the puppies were doing. I definitely plan on using her services again. Thank you!!!”

“Shea was so awesome and such a lifesaver for us for our dog when we went on vacation this summer! I really wanted her to stay home since she's 8 and is more comfortable in her own environment. Shea was exactly who we needed! She was great with our dog and relayed images and check-ins with us regularly which I appreciated. She took the time to schedule in affection every day with our dog which is huge for our boxer mix. Such a nice sitter; she even helped me with some vegetables that were fruiting while we were gone which was so thoughtful! We will definitely be using Shea for all of our future dogsitting needs.”

About: I have 2 large dogs of my own that I have had for over 3 years. Ever since I was a young girl I also had 2 small dogs in the house. I have been taught how to handle dogs/ train animals so I know what to do in certain situations! I absolutely love ALL animals and would love to care for your fur babies! I do not have a full time job at the moment so my schedule is completely open to whatever time people need me! Mornings I can do walks and evenings I can do walks! Since it’s so hot during the day I prefer not to walk fur babies since the ground is hot but I can always go over and hangout with the animals and let them out in the backyard! If and when I do in home care I have a fully fenced in yard with plenty of space to do their business and run. I have 2 dogs of my own but they are crate trained so if that is a problem for your dog I can do a schedule and have them out at different times as long as your pups are crate trained also! I have a separate room for the animals to sleep and relax but they are welcome to roam the whole house.
About: I take caring for pets seriously because I understand how much they mean to the people who love them. When I’m responsible for someone’s pet, my first priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and understood. I take time to learn each animal’s routine, preferences, and personality so I can give them care that feels familiar and reassuring. Whether it’s feeding on schedule, refreshing water, administering supplements, or keeping up with exercise needs, I’m attentive and consistent. I also believe pets thrive with companionship, so I make sure they get plenty of interaction—playtime, walks, brushing, or simply quiet company for pets who prefer a calm presence. I pay close attention to behavior and body language, and I’m quick to adjust if an animal seems anxious, excited, or unsure. Cleanliness and safety are always part of my routine, from maintaining tidy feeding areas to ensuring secure leashes, gates, and doors. Most importantly, I treat every pet with the same patience and affection I give my own animals. My goal is for owners to feel confident and at ease knowing their pets are cared for with kindness, reliability, and genuine love. I am retired and have available time to play and care for your pet. I have flexibility with my schedule and work to accommodate your request. I care for pets by making sure they feel secure, understood, and well‑supported, whether they’re staying in my home or I’m caring for them in their own space. I start by learning their routine, habits, and any special instructions so I can keep things consistent. Pets do best when their day feels familiar, so I follow feeding times, walks, play, medications, and comfort needs exactly as the owner outlines. In my home, I create a calm, clean environment where pets can relax. I keep food and water areas tidy, maintain safe spaces for rest and play, and make sure doors, gates, and outdoor areas are secure. I give each pet the level of attention they enjoy—whether that’s active play, gentle companionship, or quiet time for more reserved animals. When I’m in a client’s home, I respect their space and routines. I use the pet’s usual bowls, toys, and walking routes to help them feel comfortable. I keep things neat, double‑check safety around doors and fences, and make sure the pet gets steady companionship while their owner is away. I also send updates and photos so owners always know how their pet is doing. My goal is simple: pets should feel safe, happy, and cared for, and owners should feel confident leaving them in my hands.
“Morgan was amazing with all 3 of my dogs. We have a hard time finding someone that will be able to coax my senior dog out of the house to potty. Morgan did in record timing! We we so happy to have found Morgan.”

“Diamond took good care of our cat for 6 days over the holiday. She made sure our cat had water, food, a clean litter box and cleaned up after her. I will definitely use her again when we go on vacation.”

“Becca was amazing! She was so easy to work with and talk to about anything that was needed. She has a great, upbeat attitude, a willingness to help out, and such a love for animals. Communication was prompt and clear, and instructions were followed without any issue. I would definitely use Becca again! She is super reliable and really goes above and beyond.”

“Emillie and Brittney are very attentive with both of my dogs. They are also very informative and helpful if anything is off. I really appreciate them taking the time to have met my dogs first and let them warm up to Brittney and Emillie before jumping into everything.”

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
