“Tracy was a great dog and house sitter. She kept me updated on a regular basis, and I felt like our pup was in good hands. Really appreciate the peace of mind while we had to be away.”

“Jordan was wonderful with our pups! They loved her and she took great care of them. She stayed at our house for us because let’s face it, our pups are spoiled and don’t spend the night alone. She even extended her stay for me when I had to switch my flight to the next day! Highly recommend Jordan!”

“Calvin was wonderful! We have two dogs and he took care of them both! Followed all instructions that we had left him! Will definitely be booking him again for future dog drop ins / and house sitting! 10 stars of if I could!”

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 8. I had both cats and dogs. I’ve had experience with family pets as heavy as 90 pounds and cats as furry like Persian cats or Sphynx cats which might be a challenge to tend for? I am currently working part time and I can schedule my hours accordingly. That gives me more time to play and tend to your furry family members. I prioritize safety and the comfortability of clients and their pets. When given specific needs for your environment I strive to follow all the requirements to ensure not only the safety but the security of taking care of your pet. I also make sure that other safety precautions/measures are taken when I am within the clients home and when I leave.
“Brittany is an amazing dog sitter!! She’s so sweet and put my mind at ease right away. Brittany loves animals, she took great care of my pup and my house. She also took pics and videos so I could see what my baby was up to. Don’t hesitate, you can trust her with your fur baby! My vaca was stress free knowing my dog was in great hands with Brittany.”

“I couldn't be more pleased with the great job Sam did taking care of my cats for 2 weeks. He went above and beyond what was expected of him to make my cats feel loved and cared for. I highly recommend him and will definitely be hiring him again in the future next time I need a sitter”

About: I have always loved animals, I have grown up with dogs, and I also have 2 cats! Although I don’t often pet sit, I have a lot of experience caring for dogs/cats throughout my own life and assure you I will treat your pets as one of my own! All of my pets have been rescues and some have had disabilities, so I have experience in navigating their behavior and mistrust towards others. My animals are like family to me and I know how nerve racking it is leaving them, so I promise to give your pets the best care while you are gone 💖 I’m currently a student on summer break working part-time! Because my schedule is flexible, there are times I can be available for last minute requests. I am very reliable and dependable! My pets are treated like family and are very well taken care of. My dog is a senior Bechon who has separation anxiety and cannot be alone for long periods of time. Hence, we frequently take him on walks or car rides. One of my cats requires daily medicine and the other is full of energy and loves to play. They are constantly near us to snuggle or receive our attention
“Thank you so much Brittany! Our babies were comfortable and happy when we got home. I appreciate the photos and all the notes you took. They were in the best of care, as if they were yours. Amazing peace of mind. Thank you again, so much, from the bottom of my heart!”

“Carolina was very sweet and amazing with Tina! She gave her treats, pet her, played with her, walked her. Won her heart overall. Sent us videos and photos. Recommended a 100% to tale care of your pets.”

About: Hi! My name is Brandy! I have a certificate for zoo and domestic animal care from yavapai college in Arizona. I am also a dog owner of 11 years. I have certified both my dogs through the petsmart training courses. I have learned a lot through school and owning dogs of my own and have always had a passion for animals. Thanks so much for considering me for your furry babies! I am a server working part time and am looking for a way to make a little extra money on the side doing something I love! I am available for dog walking Monday-Sunday anytime before 2:30 and available Monday-Wednesday for overnights or whatever you may need as those are my days off. I will not be able to board any animals as I have a bit of a reactive border collie at my house but am available to come to your house for your needs
“Alyssah was very good with our dogs. We have never left our dogs and one is elderly and does not adapt easily to anything new. Alyssah made them comfortable for the week we were gone. She sent great pictures and updates. Her communication was awesome. We WILL definitely use her again.”

About: Hi my name is TaylorNicole! I am a senior in college and hoping to save up money to make sure that once I leave school I have good foundation to start with. I have over 20+ years of animal caring experience. Within the last 10-15 years I have become extremely knowledgeable and skilled when it comes to dogs and cats. With ages ranging from a day old new born to a senior cat/dog, I know how to handle almost any situation. I have knowledge and skills in administrating IV fluids/medications, shots of any kind, or medications of any kinds. I’ve taken care of and fully recovered pets with PARVOVIRUS, chronic kidney disease, and diabetes. I can promise you that your baby would be in the best hands possible. I’m currently on winter break from college in the area and I have more free time than I know what to do with. Pet care would be my main priority and focus. I would be available whenever I have 4 cats myself and I care for them like they are my legitimate children. They are spoiled rotten and yours would be too. Respecting the fact the the home is the pet’s territory, making it so it was a gradual easy process of me watching the animal/s would be my main focus.
About: I’ve grown up with pets! I’m flexible! And you can count on me to - notice small behavior changes - follow routines carefully - not overwhelm anxious or sensitive dogs - stay steady if something unexpected happens We have no dogs of our own at the moment so your pet will be the only one in the house which is great for any dogs who don’t play well with others (: and, our guests enjoy having a fenced in yard and space to run! I work a standard 8–5 during the week, so I intentionally schedule pet care around that. I’m available for morning and evening visits, weekends, and I plan ahead to make sure every pet’s routine is followed carefully and never rushed. I don’t have pets of my own, so I’m able to give my full attention to the pets I’m caring for. I also have a fenced-in yard at my home for safe outdoor play and exercise. When I’m in a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and focus on exercising pets appropriately, then helping them relax and settle in — often with some quiet time or just hanging out together. I aim to keep routines consistent and stress-free.
“Christopher was exceptional! I felt such at ease with him taking care of our two cats. Given his vast animal background I could tell right away he was going to be a good fit just by how he greeted our boys for the first time. Chris was so attentive, sending pictures playing with them and giving updates on their friendship progress. I’ve never felt so at ease being away from my cats as I did during this trip. We even came home to calm boys, a first for us! Both my husband and I, alongside our two kittyboys, cannot recommend Christopher enough!”

“Allstar dog sitter!! able to manage both my crazy pups efficiently and with care! Would def recommend! You can expect updates and lots of love for your doggies when you’re away!”

About: I have experience training dogs including things like surfing. Dogs are the best thing in this world and getting to meet and play with new dogs is something I genuinely look forward to. I work from home and am a homebody, so my cozy home with its beautiful fenced yard is the perfect second home for your pet when it can't be with you! I'm active myself- always up for a walk around my gated commmnity full of walking trails - so most pet parents report that their babies are happily exhausted after a stay here! I have been caring for dogs since I was young. I adore my time getting to love on the pets who stay with me or I get to visit. I work at home, wake up early, and my schedule is super flexible! I'm able to take my time with each visit thanks to this. Expect lots of outdoor time with walks around Winter Springs and enjoying the fenced yard—with plenty of play time inside! Fair warning: I send a TON of photo and video updates! I love long walks and getting down to play! Passionate pet lover with a heart for furry friends! 🐾 Experienced pet sitter dedicated to creating an stress-free environment for your pets when you're away. Reliable and responsible, ensuring your pets receive the love, attention, and care they deserve. Tailoring services to meet each pet's unique needs. Let me be your pet's home away from home! 🏡 I live in a large gated community with walking trails, have a fenced in backyard, and swimming pool.
“Brianne was amazing with our chaotic, nutty furry bunch! We left her with our trio of cats and the dynamic duo of dogs, for a total of five. The first thing we noticed was how all of our furry ones were drawn to her. Animals just know if a person is good. Being away is hard, but it feels better when you have someone you can trust to love you while you're gone. My wife and I had complete peace of mind with her caring for our babies. Brianne is the BEST!”

About: Thanks for stopping by! My name is Kylar and I’ve been around dogs and cats since I could walk, and caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. For the past three years, I’ve been the proud pet parent of my dog Jessie, who reminds me every day how special our furry companions are. I’m experienced with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities, and I focus on creating a calm, safe, and loving environment for every animal I meet. Whether your pet is playful, shy, or somewhere in between, I’ll treat them like family and keep you updated every step of the way. Also, i’m always open to a meet and greet before you leave your dog under my care. As pet parents. It’s important that you feel comfortable and safe knowing that your dog is in the best possible care! I’m usually available Monday through Friday after 5 pm and a bit more flexible with the weekends. I’m a big fan of getting extra outdoor time and happy to take your furry friends on extra long walks. Me and my dog Jessie walk atleast 3 miles everyday! My dog Jessie eats twice a day and I’m extra careful with his food and bowl because his stomach can be sensitive. He only eats out of a freshly washed bowl, has plenty of playtime daily, and always gets cuddle time whenever I can squeeze it in!

FAQs for House Sitting - Cow Creek
Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of June 2026, there are 2,182 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across Cow Creek. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Cow Creek walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Cow Creek maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Cow Creek choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Cow Creek. On Rover:

- 96% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
