About: I have had a strong care for animals ever since I was young, whether they were my own or not. I have had pets since I was 5 and have animal sat for 4+ years now before getting onto rover. I love animals and wanted to push my services further now that I am older and more experienced! animals with medication needs, young babies, or even senior pups, are all welcome by me and are never seen as a hassle :) I am also very comfortable with watching chickens, bunnies, pigs, and goats! My goal is to build trust with you and your pet and love them as my own. I understand that a safe comfortable environment is a must for your fur baby! I am an upcoming college student who just graduated from high school. I plan on attending school in the fall, so my summer will be free! i’m available for drop ins, house sitting, walks, and doggy baths! Following instructions that accommodate the owners pet has never been an issue for me. I have dog and cat sat many times and know everyone has their own parenting preferences; whether that be crating a dog at night, timely feedings, or medications needed. I strive to care for your animals as if they are my own :)

About: For over five years, I’ve been the go-to pet sitter for friends, family, and neighbors. I’ve cared for everything from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need extra patience and medical attention. My experience includes administering medications, calming pets during storms with comfort crates, and building trust with even the shyest animals. I’ve raised multiple dog breeds—including Dachshunds and Australian Shepherds—as well as cats and even a hedgehog, giving me a broad and compassionate approach to pet care. Your pet’s happiness and safety are my top priorities. I’m currently not working, which gives me the flexibility to offer focused, attentive pet care throughout the day. Whether it’s daily walks, feeding routines, or just keeping pets company, I have the time and dedication to make sure your animals are happy, safe, and cared for around the clock. Pet care isn’t just a side job for me—it’s something I genuinely love and prioritize. I treat every home and pet with the respect and care they deserve. Whether I’m in your space or welcoming pets into mine, I follow your routines closely, keep environments clean and calm, and stay alert to each animal’s specific needs. I’m comfortable with crates, medication routines, and safety measures like keeping doors secure and watching for triggers like storms or loud noises. My goal is always to build trust—with both pets and their people.
About: Hi! My name is Brandy! I have a certificate for zoo and domestic animal care from yavapai college in Arizona. I am also a dog owner of 11 years. I have certified both my dogs through the petsmart training courses. I have learned a lot through school and owning dogs of my own and have always had a passion for animals. Thanks so much for considering me for your furry babies! I am a server working part time and am looking for a way to make a little extra money on the side doing something I love! I am available for dog walking Monday-Sunday anytime before 2:30 and available Monday-Wednesday for overnights or whatever you may need as those are my days off. I will not be able to board any animals as I have a bit of a reactive border collie at my house but am available to come to your house for your needs
“Cynthia is awesome!! She arrived early and was very patient and friendly with my 2 shy cats. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family! There’s no one else I would trust ❤️”

About: I currently have a 3 year old German Shepherd and 1 year old Golden Retriever. I train both of them and my German shepherd is CGCA and CGCU titled through AKC. My German shepherd knows over 30 tricks and is well trained. I love being around animals and love making them happy! I work as a teacher, so I am able to come walk and check in on your pets during breaks like spring, winter and summer. I am comfortable with dogs and have been around many of them. I am familiar with dealing with some reactivity as well. I think all dogs deserve the best!

“Laurie stepped in for us last minute and was both prompt and efficient. She kept us updated throughout and sent plenty of photos of our pups while we were out of town, which we really appreciated.”

About: I’ve been caring for animals for many years and have always had a passion for pets. I’ve owned two dogs and currently have two cats, so I understand the love, patience, and responsibility that come with caring for animals every day. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to care for their pets by feeding them, giving fresh water, taking dogs on walks, cleaning litter boxes, playing with them, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I know that every pet has a different personality, and I enjoy taking the time to make them feel happy and cared for. Whether your pet loves to play, go on walks, or just wants someone to keep them company, I’ll treat them like they’re my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pet is in loving, dependable hands. I’m currently a student at the University of Central Florida and attend classes in person two days a week. I also work remotely, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to care for pets throughout the day. I live in New Smyrna Beach and can provide reliable drop-in visits, walks, and overnight care while making sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine and follow your care instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and any special needs. I’ll treat your home with respect and your pet like one of my own. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my compassionate, attentive approach and hands-on experience caring for both healthy pets and those with long-term medical needs. I’ve cared for two cats and one dog—one of the cats had ongoing health issues, so I became familiar with administering medications, monitoring behavior closely, and adapting daily routines to meet her needs. That experience taught me patience, attention to detail, and the importance of consistency in pet care. Currently unemployed and can do whatever whenever. What suits you suits me. I can do whatever needed to fit into your routine. Im open availability. I view pets the same way I view a toddler. If it's to quiet there is something wrong. Your attention should be on them always.
“Wow are my 2 cats and myself so happy we found Serena!! This young lady has a gift with animals and she has saved us many times! Totally thrilled and feel safe when she’s taking care of my babies. Would absolutely recommend.”

About: About Me Hi there! I absolutely love animals—more than anything on Earth. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, parrots, and other birds throughout my life, and I truly can’t imagine living without dogs. They’re part of who I am. I recently lost my furry baby after 17 beautiful years together. Spending time with other pets helps brighten my days and brings back joyful memories of him—it helps me miss him a little less and appreciate the love animals bring. I’m also a private pilot with an instrument rating, currently working toward my commercial pilot license. Pet sitting helps support my flight training, so by booking with me, you’re not only getting a loving caregiver—you’re helping make my aviation dream a reality. Thank you! I only do what I love—and that includes flying and caring for furry friends. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pets like family, you’re in the right place. ⸻ My Schedule & Care Routine As an aviation student, my schedule can vary day to day based on lessons. But I don’t fly every day, and we’ll always review my availability together before confirming any booking. • Flying days: I may be away for 3–5 hours. • Ground school days: I’m usually away for 3–4 hours. If your pet is comfortable with short periods alone, the rest of their day will be filled with cuddles, love, and fun! ⸻ What I Offer • A safe and loving home environment • A large backyard and nearby trail for walks and playtime • Leashed walks only (for safety) • Personalized care based on your pet’s routine • Daily updates if requested • Flexible with feeding routines and medication ⸻ Before Booking a Meet & Greet To ensure we’re a great match, please keep the following in mind: • Your pet should be okay being alone for a few hours during my lessons. • Please bring their essentials: food, leash, bowls, toys, bed, etc. • Let me know about any behavior quirks, routines, or preferences in advance. ⸻ I can’t wait to meet your babies and shower them with love, attention, and playtime! Let’s make your pet’s stay safe, happy, and full of tail wags! I’m currently in flight training, working toward completing all my ratings and licenses to become a professional pilot. On the days I fly, some days I’m typically away from home for about 3-5 hours. When I’m not flying, I spend most of my time at home studying and enjoying the company of my furry companions. Please note that my flight schedule is determined daily by my school—usually confirmed after 7:00 p.m. the evening before—and often depends on weather conditions. I appreciate your flexibility and understanding! I’m currently enjoying the peaceful farm life, surrounded by open space and nature. While the yard is unfenced, I always ensure pets are safe and secure by walking them on a leash. There’s a beautiful nearby trail where I love taking my clients for enriching walks, as well as a local dog park for extra fun and social time. I like to stay active, and I’ve found that most of my furry clients enjoy that energy too! For those who prefer a more relaxed pace, I happily adapt—whether it’s a gentle stroll, a cozy car ride, or even a ride in a stroller. My goal is always to provide comfort, safety, and joy tailored to each pet’s needs.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Cow Creek. On Rover:
- 89% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 96% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 96% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
