About: Animals have always been a big part of my life! My mom works at a veterinary clinic, so I’ve spent years around dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I’ve also provided dog and cat sitting for several of the clinic’s clients, which has given me experience caring for pets in their own homes and keeping them comfortable while their families are away. I’ve also been the go-to pet sitter for previous roommates and friends, caring for their cats and dogs whenever they traveled or needed an extra hand. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, litter boxes, basic medications and, of course, lots of attention and cuddles. I’m a Physician Assistant, so caring for others is already a huge part of who I am—and I’d love the chance to take care of your four-legged family members, too! I know how important it is to have someone you can genuinely trust with your pets, and I’ll treat them with the same care and attention I’d want for my own. I recently graduated from Physician Assistant school and am currently waiting for my PA license to be processed by the state before beginning my new career. Since that process can take some time, my schedule is currently very flexible and almost completely open! This gives me plenty of availability for pet sitting, drop-in visits, walks, and spending quality time with your pets. I’m happy to accommodate different schedules, including weekdays, weekends, and daytime visits, and I love that I get to spend this in-between time doing something I genuinely enjoy: caring for animals! I know every pet has their own personality, routine, and preferences, so I always follow the care instructions provided by their owner as closely as possible. In a client’s home, I want your pet to feel comfortable and keep their normal routine while you’re away. I’m happy to handle feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, litter box cleaning, medications, and plenty of cuddles and attention! I’m very respectful of both your pets and your home and will always make sure everything is clean, secure, and taken care of before I leave. I raised him from a tiny puppy, and we shared 16 amazing years together filled with walks, talks, dancing, cuddles, and unconditional love. “We were honestly a little nervous about using Rover for the first time, especially with four dogs, but we decided to take a chance and are so glad we found Lorraine. We were gone overnight, and she came by several times to let the girls out, feed them, and spend some time with them. One of the biggest things we appreciated was that our dogs didn’t have to deal with the stress of leaving the house and going to a boarding facility. They got to stay in their own home, in their own environment, play, relax, and keep their normal routine while we were away. Our dogs are usually very good at letting us know how they feel about people, and they took to Lorraine almost immediately. That alone made us feel so much better. You could tell she was comfortable with them and genuinely cared about making sure they were happy and taken care of. She kept us updated every time she stopped by and sent pictures, which we really appreciated. We also have motion-activated cameras at home, and from the clips we received, it was clear the girls were relaxed, happy, and comfortable with her during each visit. That gave us even more peace of mind while we were away. Lorraine did exactly what we asked and then some. She was reliable, easy to communicate with, and treated our dogs like they mattered to her. We went into this a little unsure about using Rover, but Lorraine completely changed our minds. From now on, she’s our pet sitter. We trust her with our girls, and that says a lot. About: I’ve cared for everything from tiny puppies to large Goldendoodles, as well as cats, and I have experience caring for multiple pets at the same time.
