I now have my own hound-mix who is 4 years old and 80 lbs. His name is Keeper and he is a very sweet and friendly dog. I often watch and sit for my boyfriend's 2 year old female German Shepherd. We adopted Meatball (24 llb) & Maverick (16 lbs) about 4 years ago. They are brothers from the same litter and we were thrilled to get them. Meatball developed epilepsy for no apparent reason. Two doses a day is not enough, but the vet calculated what dosage would protect him. Our cats are fed 3x/day (like hospital shifts)
I had Daniela come again while I was away on a longer trip...I was nervous to leave my cats this time as 2 had developed some UTI issues just before I left. Daniela was so attentive and caring it really helped to know they were all in such great hands. She gave me regular updates so I could pass on to the vet on my return and ease my stress. I'm looking forward to having her back again when I need to go away!
