About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 10. I just recently got a golden retriever puppy so I am more than happy to sit younger or older dogs! I just graduated college and looking for small work until I start my corporate job in August. I love animals and have a pretty flexible availability. I can watch, crate, leash, and walk your dog with no problems! Anything you and your family need I would be more than happy to do!
“Stacy was very communicative and trustworthy. I’ve got a cranky old guy and he took to her seemingly very easily and fast. She asked all the right questions and was genuinely interested in making sure that my pets got exactly what I expected and what they needed. I would definitely ask her again to look after my old man. I think he would ask for her again too. :)”

“Ella was great! We had friends bring their dog and she took care of her also, no questions asked. Sent me pictures of all our dogs! We would definitely request Ella again. Thank you!”

“Sophia came by to meet us first and assisted me with the process. She responds quickly, checks in when she arrives, sends pictures and is patient with us while we learn the process. Yesterday was my first time leaving my dog with a stranger. I felt so confident, I didn’t worry about her at all!”

About: I have owned both cats and dogs for many years. I grew up with dogs, and I own 1 Cocker Spaniel Dog now. I can play with your pet, walk your pet, feed your pet and most of all show them love and care while you are away. I have cared for smaller dogs and larger dogs also. My previous pet lived to be over 14 years old and was deaf and blind, so I am also familiar with dogs that are on the older end of the spectrum. I reside in Port Orange. I have lived here for over 20 years. I grew up with cats and dogs and have a Cocker Spaniel of my own. I am familiar with dogs and cats of all breeds. I know as a pet owner the love and admiration each pet deserves. They also deserve the attention while their owner cannot be with them.

About: I am a lifelong animal lover with extensive experience caring for dogs, cats and even horses. Having owned and cared for pets throughout my life, I am comfortable with all aspects of pet care, including feeding, administering medications, exercise, and companionship. I recently retired from law enforcement, serving as a lieutenant. During my career, I supervised animal control operations and played a key role in the developments of the city's Second Chance No-Kill Animal Shelter. This experience provided me with a unique understanding of animal welfare, responsible pet ownership, and the importance of providing compassionate, attentive care for animals of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. In addition to my hands-on experience, all my dogs have successfully completed various American Kennel Club (AKC) Training courses, to include Basic Obedience, Intermediate Obedience and Canine Good Citizen programs. This training has strengthened my understanding of canine behavior, communications, and positive reinforcement techniques. I am dependable, trustworthy, and highly responsible. I understand that pets are valued members of the family. My goal is to ensure that every pet in my care feels safe, comfortable, and loved while providing owners with peace of mind knowing their companions are in capable hands. I look forward to meeting you and providing exceptional care for your furry family members. As a retiree and lifelong animal lover, I have a very flexible schedule. I am available throughout the day to provide attentive pet care. My mornings begin at 6:00 AM caring for my Labrador and five cats, including walks, feeding, playtime and other daily pet care routines. Because caring for animals is already a part of my everyday life, I understand the importance of consistency, reliability, and individualization attention. Pet owners can expect prompt communication, dependable care, and genuine commitment to keeping their pets happy, safe and comfortable. When caring for pets in your home, I will focus on maintaining their normal routines, so they feel comfortable and secure. Pet owners can expect prompt communication, dependable care, and a genuine commitment to keeping their pets happy, safe, and comfortable.

“Where do I start? By saying thank you, honestly. I'm not a fan if leaving my home and basically my kids to someone new, it's an ordeal. But having found Angela here had changed that. I can now go a travel without having to worry about my little ones, she went above and beyond with her care and services. Tremendous care, on time, true to her word, and above all she's super cool, and with her ffet in the ground. Book her and forget about the rest! Thank you!!!”

About: I recently moved to Florida and would love to provide care to the community in my area! I have 6 years of dog care experience, 3 of which have been in a professional capacity at a boarding and rescue facility. I have plenty of experience conducting one on one as well as group play so if you have more than one pet in the home it's no problem! I am the most passionate about providing care for dogs with varing levels of reactivity, who may not have the opportunity to thrive in traditional daycare/boarding environments. But I love ALL temperaments and would love to provide safe and fun care for your best friend(s)! I also have a lot of experience caring for elderly and disabled animals ❤️ I do work a typical job, but I am lucky to have quite a bit of flexibility. So I am able to work with you to provide the care you need! I follow instructions to the T and try to keep their routine as close to normal as possible. I have behavioral and body language training that plays a key part in my care. I am big on enrichment! Which includes; playtime, walks (with lots of sniffing), puzzles for pups that are interested, licky mats and frozen kong. Thing to keep their brain engaged! As long as it is approved by pet parents, I use diet appropriate treats along with positive reinforcement to build trust and can easily adapt and continue with any training plans you may have.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
