About: I grew up on 6 acres of land caring for virtually every type of pet you could imagine for the first 15 years of my life. I even started a YouTube channel when I was 13 years old and accumulated 41k followers and over 26 million views, just by sharing my love and compassion for animals! I currently have 3 dogs, 3 cats, a snake, and a bird and would love to help you and your fur babies in your time/s of need. About: I have worked with dogs and all types of animals my whole life my last job I was a doggie daycare attendant and had up to 10 dogs in one group making sure they were happy and safe and was also a dog bather working with all breeds and sizes from Saint Bernard to chihuahuas. I also have been dog sitting for family and friends for a long time now. I'm currently not working at the moment so I'm available any day or time to dog or cat sit and can stay the night with them How I Keep Pets Safe and Take Care of Them As a dedicated and caring pet sitter, the safety, comfort, and happiness of the animals in my care are always my top priorities. Whether I’m watching over dogs, cats, or both, I treat each pet as if they were my own. For Dogs I follow their regular routine closely including feeding times, walks, potty breaks, and play. I use secure leashes and harnesses on walks and keep a close eye on surroundings to avoid any dangers like aggressive dogs or busy streets. I make sure they stay hydrated, well-fed, and have plenty of attention and exercise based on their energy level and age. I monitor for signs of stress, illness, or discomfort, and I’ll notify the owner right away if anything seems off. I keep doors and gates closed and locked at all times to prevent escapes. For Cats: I respect their individual personalities giving shy cats space and attention when they’re ready, and playing with the more social ones. I keep litter boxes clean and ensure they have fresh water and food according to the owner’s instructions. I make sure indoor cats stay safely inside, and outdoor access (if allowed) is closely supervised. I give them cozy spots to relax and enrich their day with toys, brushing, or cuddles (if they enjoy it). “We were honestly a little nervous about using Rover for the first time, especially with four dogs, but we decided to take a chance and are so glad we found Lorraine. We were gone overnight, and she came by several times to let the girls out, feed them, and spend some time with them. One of the biggest things we appreciated was that our dogs didn’t have to deal with the stress of leaving the house and going to a boarding facility. They got to stay in their own home, in their own environment, play, relax, and keep their normal routine while we were away. Our dogs are usually very good at letting us know how they feel about people, and they took to Lorraine almost immediately. That alone made us feel so much better. You could tell she was comfortable with them and genuinely cared about making sure they were happy and taken care of. She kept us updated every time she stopped by and sent pictures, which we really appreciated. We also have motion-activated cameras at home, and from the clips we received, it was clear the girls were relaxed, happy, and comfortable with her during each visit. That gave us even more peace of mind while we were away. Lorraine did exactly what we asked and then some. She was reliable, easy to communicate with, and treated our dogs like they mattered to her. We went into this a little unsure about using Rover, but Lorraine completely changed our minds. From now on, she’s our pet sitter. We trust her with our girls, and that says a lot. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable and caring to look after their pets.”
