About: I have loved animals since I was a baby, I’ve volunteered at shelters and fostered animals of all shapes and sizes. I have also worked at a vets office giving me knowledge about the safety and health of our pets! I am a full time college student but I have a very flexible schedule allowing me to be home and available everyday and I’m never gone for more then 3 hours! I live in a pet friendly apartment with a dog park located directly downstairs as well as lots of trails and fields to run in!

About: I have grown up with cats and dogs my entire life! I am currently a cat mom to a long-haired tuxie with a big personality. I have helped my family raise two high-energy Australian shepherds, given insulin shots to my diabetic cats, and walked big dogs who like to pull hard. I have cared for my own kittens and puppies from baby to senior adults. I have also volunteered at animal shelters and love spending my time with furry friends. I just graduated with my PhD and am currently job hunting, so I have lots of availability to care for your sweet pets! I am happy to stop by throughout the day, go for walks, and sit with your animals so they're not alone. My goal is to be very thorough with your pets routine. When possible, I would like to set up a meet and greet and learn where all food/treats/toys/medicine/litter/crate, etc is kept. I also will be sure to collect vet information, in case of emergency. I will make sure fences are shut or animals are properly leashed before going outside. I also want to make sure pets stay in their designated areas and follow your instructions for them. I am also used to cleaning up after pets, so that's not a problem either!
About: I have over 9 years of petsitting and housesitting experience. Oftentimes, family friends and others have relied on me to petsit and housesit simultaneously, as I represent trustworthy and honest care. My love of animals and compassion for all people is what keeps me going in this line of work! I grew up with two cats, many fish, and have always been around dogs. Many of my friends own dogs of their own, many of which I have been a petsitter. I am available most days (Monday-Sunday). Please contact me for further details as my schedule may be adjusted according to your pet’s needs! Your schedule is always considered. As a certified babysitter, I have learned that the most important part of my care comes from respect of an individual's home and personal traditions of one's pet. Through my previous study of proper childcare and safety, I have learned that meeting a family or individual to discuss regulations and care expectations prior to experiencing my work is often a great solution in order to ensure the needs of the client are met during my visits. If you have questions or concerns at anytime, please feel free to contact me for a free consultation! Whether you decide that meeting me prior to my visit is what works for you, or you would like to begin working with me right away, I am open to any and all circumstances. With my flexible schedule, I will ensure that your needs are met and am happy to work around your personal schedule!

“Allison did a wonderful job caring for our 2 cats while we were away on vacation. Her communication was great and she always sent pictures and updates about the kitties. We would gladly book her again for our next trip”

About: I strive to build strong relationships with both pets and their families so everyone feels comfortable and confident while away. I love keeping owners updated with pictures and messages throughout each stay so they always know their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for. I have over 7 years of pet sitting experience caring for animals of all ages, from young puppies to senior pets, and have successfully cared for up to 8 animals at one time. During high school, I spent four years in Pre-Veterinary Society where I learned proper animal care, handling, grooming, understanding animal behavior, nurturing puppies, and administering medication. I also volunteered at an animal emergency hospital, which gave me valuable hands-on experience working with animals in many different situations. In addition to cats and dogs, I have experience caring for goats, chickens, and cows. Above everything, I truly love animals and treat every pet like they are part of my own family. As a part-time college student, I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time, attention, and care to every pet I watch. My classes are only on Mondays and Wednesdays until 2 PM, so I am available for walks, drop-ins, daycare, overnight care, and any other pet needs after that time. I am also available for boarding on weekends and can easily accommodate schedule changes or last-minute needs. I live in a pet-friendly apartment complex with designated potty areas and plenty of safe space for walks and playtime. I always make sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and loved while in my care. When caring for pets in clients’ homes, I respect their routines and instructions to keep pets as stress-free as possible. Through my experience in Pre-Veterinary Society, I was properly taught animal handling and crate training techniques, and I am comfortable caring for pets with different needs and personalities. My goal is always to create a safe, positive, and loving environment for every animal.
About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and recently discovered a love for cats, thanks to my girlfriend, an animal lover who shares my passion and helps care for the pets we sit. Together, we bring a calm, caring, and experienced presence to every pet we meet. I’ve cared for animals as young as 1 week old and as senior as 19 years. I offer basic training for both dogs and cats (sit, lay, paw) and have experience administering pills and liquid medication when needed. Whether it’s a playful pup, a shy cat, or a senior pet with special needs, I provide trustworthy, loving care tailored to each animal’s age and personality. I’m a full-time Computer Science student, so I’m home pretty much all the time, working on school. My girlfriend is also home a lot, so your pet will always have someone around to keep them company. Whether it's playtime, cuddles, or just chilling together, your furry friend will get all the attention they need! I understand how important it is to have someone reliable looking after your pets while you're away. I live in a cozy 2 bedroom apartment, and I’m home most of the time, so your pets will always be under supervision in a safe, clean, and loving environment. Whether you prefer care in my home, yours, or a mix of both, I offer flexible options to fit your needs. I can stay at your house to keep your pets comfortable in their familiar surroundings, or if you'd like them to have a change of scenery, they’re welcome to come to my home for a stay. If you're looking for something more short-term, I can also do drop-in visits to feed, play, and check in on them. Rest assured, your pet will receive plenty of attention, love, and care, just like they would at home.
“Great care! It was a short notice booking to look after our 2 year old cat. She made sure his food and water was available, his litter was clean and played with him during drop in visits. She took pictures and asked questions to make sure all was in order.”

About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life! I have two dogs and two guinea pigs, one of my dogs being an abandoned husky that we just recently took into our home. Due to my open schedule at home my family has relied on me to care for our animals when they are not around. I have experience in walking, bathing, feeding, and providing the proper care for sick pups. My family had a German Shepherd that passed away last November. In the months leading up to him passing we had to make sure he was comfortable and taking all of his medications on time. If you have an elderly pup, then I’m the girl for you! I’m currently a full-time student at Seminole State College. I have classes only on Monday and Wednesday mornings. This allows me a flexible schedule to take care of your animals! Having two of my own pups at home, I know that the safety and happiness for your fur baby is your #1 priority. I aim to create a comfortable, stress-free, and fun environment for your animals and for you as a pet owner!
“I would highly recommend Rachel to take great care of your furbabies. She took extra time to spend with my kitties when it wasn't necessary. She also took care of my trash bins on trash day & made sure there was always fresh water outside for the outdoor critters during a very hot week. Great communication while we were out of town.”

“Kimberly takes such good care of my baby boy when my boyfriend and I are out of town. She is very kind, sends photos during each session and is quick to respond. Highly recommend.”

“Amelia was fantastic! She came everyday for over a week and took great care of our 2 cats. Amelia and our cats quickly became great friends and our cats looked forward to their quality time with her each visit! We will definitely hire her again.”

“Starting right out I have to say it straight, Sonal was absolutely amazing!! Both as a dog-sitter and as a person. Sonal is genuine, compassionate, and passionate about animals and what she does. I was able to hire her for what was the longest I have left my dogs and of course was quite nervous initially. Through it all, Sonal was extremely communicative, responsive, transparent, and immensely sweet. On top of that she is proactive , and went above and beyond in everything she did. To providing extra blankets for when my heater unexpectedly went out during a cold freeze, coordinating with maintenance, putting in extra care and time to spend with my dogs, to putting away my trash can. Even when I was on the otherside of the world, my worries turned to awe. I did not expect one person to be that sincere and to be put at ease so fast. If anyone reading this is wondering you should hire Sonal to watch your pets, please do! And know wherever you go, or whatever your needs for your pet are, you will be greatly taken care of. Thank you Sonal for being so wonderful and helpful to my pups and me!”

“It was our first time trying out Rover for care for our senior cat, second cat, and 2 Guinea pigs and we’re very happy we went with Pamela! Pamela was very reliable and a natural with our pets. She was professional and communicative and we had full confidence our pets would do well in her hands. We will be coming back for Pamela for future pet sitting needs for sure and recommend her to anyone else looking for quality care for their pets.”

About: I have lived with small dogs for most of my life. Since I currently don't have any pets, I am excited to meet your furry friend. I am a grad student and I set my own work hours. Each week, I work some days in-person and some remote. As long as I have some advance notice, I can move my schedule around to fit your needs. I cannot host pets at my home. I am happy to visit your home to take care of your pets. I am always just a text or call away.
“I have a very annoying dog that has made using any services super scary to me. Nevaeh listened to the whole situation, came over for a meet and greet ahead of time, was extremely understanding and sweet. She was on time and she stayed with them a little extra to get to know them too. She even washed their food bowls which I didn’t even ask her to do. 10/10 recommend! I will be a repeat customer!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
