Despite a little hiccup of miscommunication on the first day, Ashley was very graceful, professional and accommodating of my request for the rest of her stay. I was very appreciative and impressed with how she handled that. The pups didn’t react as emotionally to us getting home as I was expecting, which must only mean that Ashley loved and cared for them exactly as we do. Besides her great care, she left the house exactly as I did — she washed her towels and bedsheets, took out the trash… all things I didn’t ask or expect from her. I’m very pleased with Ashley’s service and look forward to working with her again.”
