We did a meet-and-greet beforehand, which made us feel so comfortable, and both Jeremy and Milly loved her right away. While we were away for a wedding in Miami, Gabriella went above and beyond. She sent regular updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind, and she really stuck to their routines and schedules. Jeremy and Milly are used to having someone around most of the time since my husband works from home, and Gabriella made sure they had that same level of attention and care. She stayed with them 24/7, took Jeremy on daily walks, and spent time outside with him while he sunbathed. It was so clear that they were both spoiled, loved, and incredibly well taken care of.
