“Elba is the absolute best pet sitter!!!! We went away for vacation and needed around the clock care. Elba was very thorough with the instructions and information we gave her. She took care of our animals as if they were her own. She gave updates every single day and sent the best pictures. Our animals were so happy and loved while we were away. And Elba even went above and beyond when we had a tree branch from a neighboring yard fall during a storm and damage our fence. She kept me notified and sent pictures. Jennifer is amazing! First of all her energy is awesome, my dog usually takes a few days to trust a new person, but he immediately loved Jennifer. He slept with her the first night without hesitation! He actually cried when she left. Aside from that she kept the house perfect, even went above and beyond what she needed to do, like take garbage out, bring in deliveries, fed extra to our bird, brought newspaper in, etc. Also, she kept us informed daily multiple times a day via text and photos. I appreciated that I didn't have to "hunt" her down for info on how he was doing. My dog requires specified feeding times and insulin shots, she had no issues with those and gave shots like a pro. We have her booked for 6 nights in October and it gives us such relief and peace of mind to know our baby is in great hands and is being spoiled while we are gone.
Susan was amazing. She sent us daily updates and pictures of how our baby was doing. She provided excellent care, including wound care rebandaging daily. She stayed at our house and was there to keep Sasha company and love on her. We had complete peace of mind knowing that Susan was providing excellent care for our sweet girl.
Chloe was so sweet and great with the dogs! Lola is intense and crazy, Mia is skittish and flighty, but they warmed up to her quickly. I wasn't nervous leaving them, especially with all of the updates and pictures Chloe sent. I would absolutely have her watch them, again.
This was the longest I have been away from my pets and Isabella made it so easy with updates and pictures. When I got home they were relaxed and I could tell they were well cared for. She's anazing at communucating and following instructions and goes above and beyond doing things I didn't even think about. Isabella is a gem and I would recommend her without hesitation!
