My 4 year old havapoo is obsessed with Rachel and we’ve only met her twice! I’ve never seen her so excited to see a Rover sitter, she’s truly at the same excitement as seeing her grandparents when I drop her off. Rachel has such an amazing intuition with dogs and can sense exactly how they’re feeling, and knows how to make them comfortable instantly. I have a very a sensitive dog who is a total lover but also needs a lot of playtime, and I’ve never trusted a sitter more than Rachel to read exactly how she’s feeling and what she needs. I’m only in Orlando for a month, and will continue to book Rachel as often as I can!! Her energy and personality will fit with any dog.”

I came from out of town to visit family and wanted to have a place for him to stay all day. She took such good care of Wiles that I did not worry at all while I was with my family all day. Charles and his partner took care of my Teddy for 4 nights during July 4th! They sent me constant updates and took protocols well. I felt at ease since it was my first time leaving my puppy. I never had any issues during the stay, and Teddy felt very comfortable and safe with them. He also played with other furry friends! Which I loved. I got to meet them before the stay, and they were extremely welcoming and friendly. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my puppy Teddy!!!! I do recommend for any anxious mommas like me ! Haha .
This was my first time using Rover, and Felipe was absolutely outstanding! He was incredibly accommodating, taking my reservation on very short notice. My two pups warmed up to him almost immediately, which was a huge relief, especially for my 2 year old, who is usually quite skeptical of new people. Douglas was very patient with our dog Luna. He seemed knowledgeable and we felt confident in his ability to care for our dog while we enjoyed the town. We could tell he really enjoys caring for dogs. He also sent updates and pictured throughout the day which helped keep us at ease. We will book again if he will have us.
Our pup, Petra, didn't end up staying with Marie, but it was no fault of Marie's. She wasn't feeling well, and though Marie tried her very best to coax her to stay with her, she clinged to us so badly, that we and Marie decided it was best for her not to make her stay and be so stressed out.
