About: Hi my name is Kristin. I've had dogs since the day I was born. I've never not had a dog in my home. I have a dog named FeFe and 4 Cats named Yuki, Snickers, Kit Cat and Meeki, at the moment. I love animals in general. I've had numerous animals over the years. I've bottle fed kittens and puppies. I've potty trained and have taken care of 3 puppies of my own. I've taken care of senior dogs. Some of my own and I am comfortable administering medication to senior or any age dog. I previously worked as a preschool teacher, so I understand the importance of patience, routines, safety and creating a calm, loving environment. ***Before I can care for your pup though, we must do a meet and greet. This is just as important for you as it is for me.*** I have a flexible schedule and am home throughout the day, this is my job, and I absolutely it, which allows me to give plenty of attention, potty breaks, playtime and supervision. I can accommodate feeding routines, medication schedules and cuddle time to help your dog feel comfortable and cared for while you're away. I do not take dogs on walks though. I have a very large backyard and they get plenty of playtime and potty breaks. They can run and play several times a day. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. As I mentioned before, I have a large fenced in backyard. I will be with all dogs, at all times in the backyard. I pay close attention to each pet's routine, personality and needs to help them feel safe and comfortable while in my care and away from your home. I supervise pets closely, provide regular potty breaks, fresh water, feeding on schedule, playtime and plenty of affection. My goal is to create a trustworthy environment, where pet parents can feel confident knowing their dogs are safe, happy and well cared for. Whether your dog likes cuddles on the couch or wants to just lay on the floor and relax, they can surely do that here.
“I was visiting Orlando for the holidays and needed last minute daycare for my pup to run errands since I was in a hotel. They responded right away and I was able to drop off the next day. I’m a remote worker that works 8-5 Monday through Friday with weekends off. I have a flexible schedule where I can take breaks to care for your fur baby and keep them close to me for 24/7 care. I have multiple areas for walks and fresh air in safe areas around my apartment complex. I’m dedicated to earning your trust and keeping your family safe while they are under my care. I currently work Monday through Friday, weekends off. I can fit pet care daily into my routine being that I work remotely and have flexibility in my schedule. Charles and his partner took care of my Teddy for 4 nights during July 4th! They sent me constant updates and took protocols well. I felt at ease since it was my first time leaving my puppy. I never had any issues during the stay, and Teddy felt very comfortable and safe with them. He also played with other furry friends! Which I loved. Our pup, Petra, didn't end up staying with Marie, but it was no fault of Marie's. She wasn't feeling well, and though Marie tried her very best to coax her to stay with her, she clinged to us so badly, that we and Marie decided it was best for her not to make her stay and be so stressed out.
