About: Hi my name is Kristin. I've had dogs since the day I was born. I've never not had a dog in my home. I have a dog named FeFe and 3 Cats named Yuki, Snickers and Kit Cat, at the moment. I love animals in general. I've had numerous animals over the years. I've bottle fed kittens and puppies. I've potty trained and have taken care of 3 puppies of my own. I've taken care of senior dogs. Some of my own and I am comfortable administering medication to senior or any age dog. I previously worked as a preschool teacher, so I understand the importance of patience, routines, safety and creating a calm, loving environment. I have a flexible schedule and am home throughout the day, this is my job, and I absolutely it, which allows me to give plenty of attention, potty breaks, playtime and supervision. I can accommodate feeding routines, medication schedules and cuddle time to help your dog feel comfortable and cared for while you're away. I do not take dogs on walks though. I have a very large backyard and they get plenty of playtime and potty breaks. They can run and play several times a day. I will also not be doing late at night pickup ups or drop offs. All pick up or drop offs at my home, must be done by 7:45 p.m. ***I do also require a mandatory meet and greet, if you live within 45 minutes to an hour of my area.*** Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. As I mentioned before, I have a large fenced in backyard. I will be with all dogs, at all times in the backyard. I pay close attention to each pet's routine, personality and needs to help them feel safe and comfortable while in my care and away from your home. I supervise pets closely, provide regular potty breaks, fresh water, feeding on schedule, playtime and plenty of affection. My goal is to create a trustworthy environment, where pet parents can feel confident knowing their dogs are safe, happy and well cared for. Whether your dog likes cuddles on the couch or wants to just lay on the floor and relax, they can surely do that here.
“This was our first experience with rover, and I must admit we are beyond satisfied with the level of care and commitment from Jesse and his wife Kelly. We dropped and picked up our puppy Kai at different times of the day and we never felt rushed or concerned as they were very flexible with times. The second and third day we dropped off Kai, she ran inside the house as if it was her own! This made us feel very comfortable with leaving her at their home. We received constant pictures, videos and overall communication. Everyday we picked up Kai she was very clean and exhausted from paying all day. The last day she even got a cute Mikey mouse neck scarf as a souvenir form them! We highly recommend them and will use their service in the future.”

This was our young Labrador’s first extended stay away from home, and I was naturally a little nervous, but both Dana put my mind at ease right away. She provided updates, photos, and communication throughout the stay, and it was clear that Voltage was well cared for and comfortable. They were attentive to his routine, handled all of his quirks and puppy energy with patience, and made sure he got plenty of exercise, enrichment, and affection. When we picked him up, he was happy, healthy, and clearly had a great time. I especially appreciated the flexibility with pickup timing and willingness to work with all of the instructions I left. It’s obvious both Dana and her husband genuinely care about the dogs in their care.
