They were very nice and easy going when we arrived and same when coming back to pick our babies up. Most importantly, when Juna and Aria (our girls) arrived home, the dogs were super happy, not stressed, no doggie worries at all. Very relaxed. This tells me April did a great job taking care of them and the girls had fun. And that's all we needed. A place where they felt comfortable. She sent pics and videos throughout day and also extras when I checked on Nick because I “missed him” lol It was my first time ever leaving him with someone and she made me not worry. I came from out of town to visit family and wanted to have a place for him to stay all day. She took such good care of Wiles that I did not worry at all while I was with my family all day. Tetiana was absolutely wonderful! She accepted our last-minute request to watch our Shih Tzu, Doug, while my family and I spent the day exploring Orlando. Michelle was wonderful with our puppies! She had such a huge task with three of them at once on such short notice and she was amazing with them! She was able to update us as to what’s going on and they came back after a day of fun and were ready to knock out! Couldn’t recommend her enough! She even said bye to them as they were in the car!
