We had a fantastic experience with Rafaela watching our cat, Phoebe! Before the booking even started, she came over to our house for a meet-and-greet to get to know Phoebe and go over her routine, which immediately put our minds at ease. While we were away, she was extremely communicative and sent us daily updates along with great pictures. She even went above and beyond by watering our plant! Mark is the BEST pet sitter on this app! He was able to watch my baby for me on super short notice (because I’m terrible at planning and booking in advance). I reached out a singular night before I had to leave for 3 weeks and he was able to come the next day before my flight for a meet and greet. He sent me picture and videos of my baby DAILY, and even cuddled with my cat, which really made me happy because I am typically home 24/7 and my cat is so needy and always cuddles so I know he was craving cuddles.
