Mark is the BEST pet sitter on this app! He was able to watch my baby for me on super short notice (because I’m terrible at planning and booking in advance). I reached out a singular night before I had to leave for 3 weeks and he was able to come the next day before my flight for a meet and greet. He sent me picture and videos of my baby DAILY, and even cuddled with my cat, which really made me happy because I am typically home 24/7 and my cat is so needy and always cuddles so I know he was craving cuddles. Erin did an absolutely fabulous job looking after our two cats. She went above and beyond by taking our cat to two veterinary appointments - we knew ahead of time that at least one appointment would be necessary, but Erin even helped out by scheduling the second appointment herself while we were traveling without phone service. She is lovely to chat with, friendly, responsive, transparent, and professional. It was wonderful to have peace of mind knowing our injured cat was in her care.
