He is very pleasant to work with and asks the important questions regarding their needs/likes/dislikes as well as the basics for "what ifs". True to his word he sent plenty of photos on each visit and the cats liked him enough that they were startled when we walked in instead!
Nina did an amazing job taking care of our two blind cats! They enjoyed her company! She genuinely seems to love animals. We got some great pictures of our babies playing and funny stories as to what happened while Nina was visiting. We will be rebooking with Nina in the future!
