“Jin was great with our two dogs! She carried our elderly dog outside because of our two steps and she gave both of them their enrichment activities mid day to work their brains. She spent time cuddling with them too. ❤️❤️ one of our dogs is sensitive to new people and she is patient and slow with him and he loves her!”

“Cheyenne is an awesome dog walker! She responds quickly to a request, and treats your dog with the best care. I have had a few last minute dog walking needs and Cheyenne tries her best to accommodate!”

“Nina saved me with a last minute request when LuLu and I arrived after a long day of travel from Denver to Orlando. She came to our hotel and got LuLu some much needed exercise and vitamin D. I sent her a lot of instructions and everything seemed to go smoothly and puppy was happy when I got home!”

“Rachel was amazing with our fur babies. She went above and beyond to love them and keep us informed of everything they did while she was there. She sent plenty of pictures too so we felt confident they were happy and in good hands. Would 100% recommend Rachel and will use her again without question!!”

“Thank you Erika for taking care of my precious baby. She made sure Milo was taken care of and played with every single visit. Reassured me that Milo was doing okay by sending pictures and videos. I even started noticing Milo was getting more comfortable more and more each visit with her which made me happy. She accommodated me when I needed to add an extra day of drop in visits at the last minute. Overall, I am pleased to say that I have found a great reliable sitter for my fur baby.”

“Amber was a phenomenal sitter! She is so kind and great with animals. My kitties loved her right off the bat and enjoyed playing with her. She gave me updates daily and sent photos and videos so I could check in and feel relaxed on my trip. I will absolutely book again!”

About: I've taken care of dogs throughout my life both in helping take care of roommate's dogs when they had long work shifts, as well as house sitting for friends' dogs and cats when they are traveling. Currently working part time Monday, Friday, and Saturday so am available any time on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I am also available on the morning I work until about 9am. I make sure pets get play and enrichment during drop in visits, as well as lots of pets and affection. I give dogs time to explore and enjoy outdoor time on walks.
“Brooke was wonderful! She followed all instructions for care of my two kitties. One of them is especially hesitant of new people and she very quickly warmed up to Brooke. That says everything! Would definitely recommend her to cat owners looking for a trusted sitter.”

“She takes incredible care of my pets. Is great at communicating and taking photos during every visit. We absolutely love seeing our fur babies while we're away. Thank you ao much for your excellent care. Will absolutely use her services again.”

“Kaia took great care of my cat and home while I was away on business. She followed all my instructions, was always on time, and took great photos! Highly recommend.”

“Danny was great! My kitty, Nala, recently started antibiotics and I found out the morning I left on a trip. Danny quickly responded to panicked messages trying to find help and even stopped by before I had to leave for the airport to meet Nala and go through the medication rundown. He took great care of her and it is never easy giving a cat a pill she absolutely does not want, BUT Danny was able to handle it with care and kept me updated!”

“Yuen Ying is excellent with pets. She has a genuine care and earnestness about her. We can tell that our dog Panda was less restless due to having a play date in the middle of the day while we were at work.”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Azalea Park
Cheyenne went above and beyond to take care of our little zoo. She spent quality time with them, sent us the most precious photos and videos, and took care of them better than anyone we've ever trusted with the lot. With four cats and a big doggo, she had her hands full! Would absolutely recommend her to care for you babes.

This was my first time using rover, Kennedy was amazing with making me feel better about leaving our kitties alone. She always sent pictures and gave thorough updates about the cats that really eased my mind. She kept up with all of the feedings, litter boxes, and playtime with the cats. I would 100% rebook her for future outings. Thank you Kennedy!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Azalea Park. On Rover:
- 90% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 97% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
