Not only does it feel like you are leaving your dog in a home, they also do a great job keeping you updated and informed. Lucy loves it so much she doesn’t want to go home after boarding! Jack was absolutely amazing with Milo! From the very beginning, he was incredibly flexible, accommodating, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience stress-free! Milo was so comfortable with Jack, and seeing how quickly he warmed up to him made both my boyfriend and me feel completely at ease. It was obvious Milo had a great time! Jack kept us updated throughout the stay with messages and plenty of pictures, which we really appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter, and we’ll definitely be booking with Jack again anytime we need someone to watch Milo.
