“Brooke is truly amazing! We wholeheartedly recommend her as a pet sitter. She is incredibly reliable and a genuinely caring professional, and our cat, Jilapi, absolutely loves her. We will definitely be using her services again!”

“We left our dog with Nathaniel for more than two weeks and he took great care of him! He sent us updates and took care of him like his own. I would absolutely use Nathaniel for any future needs.”

“Carly is the best! Great communication and I loved getting daily updates with lots of pictures. I know my dog had the best time. I would highly recommend Carly and will be using her again!”

“Ginni and Thomas did an excellent job with Django. They sent me updates while I was on a cruise and were very responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a dog sitter that treats their pup like he's at home.”

“If I could have given Savannah and her family 10 stars I would have, 5 is just not enough!! Savannah was literally an answer to prayer and she took such great care of our little 5lb Maltipoo, Mia!!💕 She sent pictures everyday and videos!! Always super quick to reply and easy to contact!! If we come back to the Orlando area we would love to have her watch Mia again!! 💕”

“Tetiana is amazing. Not only was she an amazing cat sitter for my cat Bean, she also was very hospitable and offered me a delicious breakfast treat when I noted how good it smelled! Tetiana also sent pics of our cat sleeping and relaxing and various updates for the three days she took care of him. My mom was the person who picked up our cat, and she also noted how incredibly nice Tetiana is. If you need a caring person who is great with animals to take care of your pet in South Florida Tetiana should be your go to. I had to relocate and Tetiana reminded me of all the good people in South Florida I’d be leaving behind. I really can’t say enough about how great she is and how much we appreciate her taking care of our cat Bean!”

“Martha is awesome! This was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous leaving Bennett with someone new but Martha couldn't have been better with him. I received many photo updates throughout the long weekend and she reached out to me with any questions and concerns, even including if his eyes watering was normal or if he was comfortable if she took the stickies out of his paws after playing. I appreciated that she was considerate with the small things since we all worry about our fur babies being okay when we're away. He got to go on many walks to the park and she checked with me beforehand what he is comfortable with. She really treated him like her own and he enjoyed playing with the other dogs. I definitely recommend and will use her in the future! Thank you Martha!”

“Rouky had an amazing stay with Jennifer. Communication was great! We received daily updates and photos which is so reassuring. Highly recommend and will be using her again! Excellent house with huge backyard for our Golden to spend energy!”

“Leonardo was great with my boy Bleu. He communicated well and was punctual. He sent me videos throughout the stay which gave me peace of mind. I will definitely book with him again.”

“Sully had a great stay at Isabela's house. Isabela provided daily updates and photos during his boarding. I would definitely use Isabela again and would recommend her without reservation.”

“Jesse has been a phenomenal host for our Goldendoodle, Lucy. Although she only stayed with them for one day, she was certainly a happy pup. She even got basic grooming on her way home. It is nice to know that she is being treated as part of their family instead of being in a caged box that is typical with pet hotels. We are certainly going to be repeat clients.”

“My babies are older and one is timid and I always worry about leaving them overnight anywhere. But, they've stayed twice and always come back happy! They enjoy the company of the sweet resident doggos and they are well cared-for! I will absolutely bring them back the next time I'm in the area.”

“I found Paul almost at the last moment…my regular cat sitter wasn’t available but Paul was interested in watching my cat, though he usually watches dogs. It was a short visit but it turned out well for both him and my cat. I would highly recommend Paul for both cats and dogs due to his calm and friendly demeanor.”

“Erin was awesome with my dog, Lily! I booked her boarding services for a long holiday weekend and she was very accommodating in making sure leaving Lily behind was stress free. Her home is in a very convenient location when flying out of/into Orlando airport as well. She takes lots of pictures and videos to update you on what her and your pet are up to! I could tell Lily felt right at home ☺️ I’d recommend Erin’s services to anyone looking for a cozy and safe stay!”

“They were great. Would recommend! We dropped off on our way to a cruise -coming from Texas- and they were very accommodating. We extended 3 days after our cruise and they sent us pics and videos everyday. She was with them for 10 days. They spoiled her and l was worried at first about other dogs but she got along great. If I had to come through FL again for a cruise I would use them again!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Pine Castle
He is very nice, responsive and responsible. Daily photos were sent even though I couldn’t reply. It is hard to sleep after an international trip for me so late check out without extra charge and pick up and drop off option was bonus. He is very flexible with time which helps a lot.

She was way more than excellent. Since the beginning to the end. Took my doggy last minute and stay with her a few hours after the pick up time. Very communicative, send pic and vids. Very attentive and more than expected. I will definitely rebook with her without think twice.

Karla was able to watch Dior for me last minute when my previous sitter plans fell through. She sent lots of pictures and was great with communication. He came home super happy and I can tell he was well taken care of! She did everything she could to follow his regular day to day routine. I will 100% use Karla if I ever have to leave him again!

Rudy had his 2nd stay with Carly, this one being for an extended period of time as my husband and I were getting married! Our dog Rudy is a high energy Velcro dog to say the least and he absolutely LOVES staying with Carly and her family. Carly does an exceptional job with communicating, giving updates, and most importantly, caring for our puppers needs! I love that we can leave and feel at ease leaving Rudy with someone we know is going to truly care for him. We love Carly and will continue to book with her, 1000% recommend her 🥰

While looking around to find someone to watch Chase, I was a little nervous because I’ve never left Chase with anybody other than my family. I was looking for somebody who would treat him just the way I would and it was Erin. She sent pictures of Chase every hour which made me feel so at peace. Her and her son both treated Chase so well he was so excited to go back. I will definitely be rebooking back with her when the time is needed. 🩷

Many sitters in FL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
