Our Dodger has some issues with trust/anxiety of strangers so I wasn't sure if this was going to work or not, but when I messaged Ginni and Tom and explained the concern they were more than willing to give it a try. Ginni reassured us that they have taken care of other dogs with the same issues and so we set up a meet and greet a couple days before the actual booking date. From the 1st moment we met Ginni and Tom I had a good feeling about them and their house and yard. They were so welcoming and made Dodger feel so relaxed. He played in their fenced in backyard for a bit then went inside the house where we visited in the living room. Dodger even snuggled up to Ginni while we chatted. We booked for 3 nights and they were so accommodating to our (somewhat picky) miniature schnauzer. I received photos and updates once a day and that really put my mind at ease. About: Dogs have always been a special part of my life. I grew up with dogs and have continued to have my own throughout adulthood, so caring for them comes naturally to me. I also regularly dog sit for friends and family and truly enjoy making every pup feel safe, comfortable, loved, and right at home. 🐾❤️ I’m retired and have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to give your pup plenty of time, attention, and care throughout the day. While caring for your fur baby will be available to provide companionship, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of love. 🐾❤️ I’m a dog lover and proud dog mom to two sweet pups—Rocky, my 5-lb Yorkie, and Betty, my 9-lb Cockapoo. They’re both part of the family, so I understand how important it is to I offer a loving, comfortable, and safe home where your pup will be treated like one of my own. I have a fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely enjoy outdoor time, play, and get plenty of fresh air. Because I have two small dogs myself, my home is especially comfortable for small dogs who enjoy having furry friends around. I’ll make sure your pup receives plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and cuddles while in my care. About: I grew up caring for multiple large dogs and cats simultaneously. One of the two labs required extra care as he lost a rear limb when he was a puppy. I currently am blessed with a beautiful domestic long hair cat named Misty that has extra grooming needs and requires extensive daily brushing. My professional lifestyle allows me plenty of available time to meet the needs of any unique or variable schedules for both my own and your pets sitting and walking needs. I’m an experienced dog walker and actively engage with animals to keep their attention and gain their trust. For cats I groom and brush daily as well as reinforce positive behavior through praise training.
