We planned a last minute trip to the theme parks and had no place to let Scout run around for the day- so when I reached out to Suzette I was relieved that she responded immediately. She called us up the following day to find out if Scout had any funny quirks, allergies, treats that he could eat and how many, and was able to provide advice about his first day trip away since the pandemic started. She focused not only on what Scout needed to do during the day, but engaged in things that he wanted (and loved) to do! We were updated several times throughout the day with adorable photos, videos and texts. I almost think Scout didn’t want to leave when we picked him up! Suzette left us with a final card to update us on what Scout had gotten up to during the day and was so friendly in every exchange I had with her. If we could rate higher than 5 stars, we would!
