“We had the best experience for our puppies! We were visiting from Georgia and decided to pit stop for the day at Magic Kingdom! We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our puppies! We will definitely use again!”

“Max fell in love with Margarita the day met at meet and greet. As we arrived at her home this morning and Max saw her, waiting in from in her home, he leaped from his car seat on the passenger side, across me and tried to leap out the driver-side window to get to her. No goodbye kiss for me. He happily went off with Margarita. This evening, as we sat outside on the patio, he fell fast asleep -- exhausted -- evidence he had a good time. I found Margarita very, very personable, professional, knowledgeable and above all she loves dogs. 5-Star+ rating in every sense of the word! We are already ooking additional days with her.”

“Jesse and Kelly did an amazing job taking care of my baby Storm! We were visiting the area and nervous about leaving her because she has separation anxiety. They sent us videos and pictures throughout the day. Storm had a fantastic day playing and even came home with us in a cute bandana! I highly recommend them!!!!”

“Ambar was absolutely awesome with my dog, Chill. She took very good care of him during his day stay with her. She fed him, took him out for 2 walks, & pee/poo breaks. Very hospitable & lovely person. Will surely use her caring service again & definitely recommend her! ?”

“Ruben & Gelu were great with Rome. It was love at first site as Rome looked forward to his visit everyday that I dropped him off. He was so gentle with the little baby and always wanted to be where he could reach her. Now I know he is good with little ones. Awesome job! I will certainly be calling on them again.”

About: My first ever job was taking care of dogs and cats around my neighborhood when I was about 9 years old. My love for animals has never wavered and I truly believe they are God’s gifts and should be treated like royalty. I work from home full-time Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 AM to 3:30 PM. I would be able to stop in and check on your pets before 6:45 in the morning and immediately go after work to check on them again. I would also be willing to do another stop before 10 PM. I would be able to stop by your house to visit your pets so they can have food, fresh water, and play time as well as go for walks in your neighborhood.
“Victor was great! He is not just a sitter, he truly understands and loves dogs. I will definitely book him again. There is nothing better than knowing my pup was safe, happy, and well cared for.”
“This was my first time using Rover and Raquel eased my mind because my princess hasn’t been away from us. She treated Maey as if it was her own princess. She send me videos and photos throughout the day and I could see how much fun she was having and she was happy. I’ll be using Raquel for an upcoming overnight stay but I am at ease. My baby is in good hands and in a loving environment. Raquel deserves 10 stars. Top of the line. Thank you Raquel.”

“Kaye took great care of our Brody. He was clearly very happy & comfortable, and we received multiple pictures during his daycare visit. We will absolutely look forward to having Brody stay with their family again.”

About: Hi, It's Gen! 😊 I'm a work from home dog mom located less than 10 minutes from the Orlando airport ✈️ and close to the theme parks 🎢 . If you’re heading out of town or just need someone to care for your pup, I’ve got you. I have a sweet 2 year old Golden Retriever 🐶 , who’s playful, and great with other dogs. I’ve had dogs my whole life, including a poodle who was with me for 13 years and will always have a place in my heart. I’ve helped care for senior dogs, pups, and dogs that need daily meds or a special routine. I know how much your dog means to you, I feel the same about mine. 💛 MY GOAL IS SIMPLE: to give your dog a safe and loving stay. And to give you peace of mind while you're away. I’ll keep you updated with regular check-ins, so you never have to wonder how your pup is doing. También hablo español 🧠 Need help with training? My partner Victor is a dog trainer who uses a calm, psychological approach with positive reinforcement. He can help with leash walking, basic manners, and behavior support during your dog’s stay. Just let me know if you’d like to add training! I only host a small number of dogs at a time so I can give each one the care and attention they deserve. 🐕 Walks are already part of our daily routine (at least 3 a day) and I schedule in plenty of playtime and cuddle sessions. Your dog will spend the day in our open living room with me, my partner, and our Golden, safe space to relax or play. We live in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks and lots of green space, perfect for walks. 🌱 Bonus: we’re super close to MCO Airport, so if you’re flying and close to the Parks.
“Cindy took excellent care of our baby. It was our first time dropping her off at any type of doggy daycare. Cindy really helped me feel at ease. She sent lots of pictures and videos throughout the day. Tonight we have a tired out pup. She had a fun day playing. We’ll definitely use her services again!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Meadow Woods
I chose Kylie as my sitter the fist time I used Rover and I recommend her. She is fantastic. She kept in contact through out the day sending me pictures and made me feel at peace that my dog was well. She has a nice fenced in yard. Kylie’s care of Kirby made it possible for our family’s day @ Disney. Thank you!

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in FL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
