We met Erin during a meet & greet for the first time… & from that moment I knew my pups were in great hands! Especially because my sweet old girl loved her (I’ll always trust her judge of character). Mallory was awesome. This our first time with Rover and really lucked out with Mallory. Our schedule changed at the last minute and she was able to accommodate and really seemed to connect with our pup. Took him on several walks during the day and got pictures every time. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
