Natalie was fine. I really appreciated her accepting my last minute request! If you need strict arrival times I’m not sure it will be consistent (she came between 4:30pm and 9pm each day instead of the scheduled 6pm) but my cat was okay with that. There were a few instructions in my request that were missed but all minor (no shoes in the house, give treat daily, brush fur). She was also on the phone talking 100% of the pet sitting time but still kind of played with my cat during so not a huge issue.

Natalie was fantastic to work with. We have three cats and a dog. She is communicative, kind, and took good care of our crew. I felt very comfortable and at ease working with Natalie and would request future bookings. Thanks!

Natalie does an amazing job, my kitty absolutely trusts her & enjoys her presence. Natalie is also amazingly communicative about your pet while she is looking after them & is extremely attentive; knowing she was watching my kitty while I was on a trip (on the other side kf the world) helped reassure me that there was nothing to worry about for my kitty-girl. I definitely highly recommend Natalie's services.

Unfortunately, my experience with Natalie was very disappointing. Before booking, I clearly explained that my senior dog needed visits between 9:00–9:30 AM and 6:00–6:30 PM. Natalie agreed to this schedule. However, during the first booking, she repeatedly arrived at times that were far outside the agreed window, sometimes as early as 5:00 AM and other times after 10:00 PM. Because my dog is a senior, I was very concerned about him having to wait so long between potty breaks and meals. When I brought this up, Natalie acknowledged the issue and said she would do better. Unfortunately, the situation did not improve. Believing in second chances, I hired her again. Before confirming the booking, I specifically asked whether she could reliably follow the schedule because of my dog’s age and needs. She assured me that she was off from her primary job and would have no problem meeting the agreed times. On the very first day of the second booking, she arrived at 10:32 AM for the morning visit and then did not return until nearly 11:00 PM for the evening visit, despite telling me around 6:00 PM that she was on her way. Reliability is one of the most important qualities in a pet sitter, especially when caring for senior pets who depend on a consistent routine. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Natalie to pet owners who need their pets fed, walked, and cared for at the times that were agreed upon. If your pet requires a dependable schedule, particularly a senior dog, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
