“Jenna continues to be amazing! We really appreciate how she tries her best to make it work with the requests and of course always providing the best care to the furbabies”

“Izzy was a warm and consummate professional and kept me updated about my dogs every time she came. She was great with them and even found a creative way to administer one of them their medication when he wasn’t taking it. I really appreciate hwr help keeping my puppies taken care of over the new year and would instantly hire her again.”

“Trinity was absolutely amazing!! She was able to help with feeding and giving supplements to our older dog during her trips to walk him. We texted last minute to see if she could add on one more walk because our flight was delayed and she was so responsive (as she was the entire long weekend) and accommodated us with adding an additional walk same day. A lifesaver!! She is the best. Thank you Trinity!!”

About: With having dogs all my life I know nothing different. I’ve had 2 dogs for the last 7 years with most recently getting 3 more. I'm open to all dogs and will treat your fur babies like they were mine! My schedule this summer is very flexible and I make a good effort in ensuring that my calendar is up to date. I am able to ensure that each dog I care for gets the attention they deserve. I ensure that I go by the instructions given to me by the owners as pertaining to feeding and walking schedule. I do my best to be the best fill in for your pet as you are away. Overall I like to ensure even with you away that there really is no difference in your pets schedule or day to day routines.

I also make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, and playtime based on their personality and preferences. Safety is always a priority. About: Growing up I've had a handful of dogs from all shapes, sizes, breeds and personalities. With my experience, I know the responsibility, love and care they require. I love all animals, especially since I don't eat them. I will love your dog no matter the size or breed. Every dog has their own unique personality and that's what I love about them. If your dog requires any medication I have had personal experience. I promise to care and love your dog as if it were my own! About this sitter: My name is Denisse, I live in Winter Park, FL by the Seminole County Fire Station #23. I've been out of the pet sitting/ walking game for a while but I am ready to get back in to it! I am an animal lover and dog fanatic, which is why I want to be YOUR pet sitter. I'm trustworthy, loving and caring. I have a fur baby of my own who I treat like my child and I am here to serve you. I know how hard it can be when you are away and your dog is at home. They miss you and you miss them but I am here to bring some peace to you so you can relax knowing your dog is in capable hands and is being loved while you're gone. Why I love dog sitting: I have been a dog lover ever since I can remember, I have pictures of myself when I was about a toddler with a whole bunch of dogs. I get it from my father, he always had dogs of his own who he rescued and we fostered. So growing up, I always had the friendship of mans best friend. My experience administering medication: Yes, I am comfortable administering medication, I have done plenty of times with my dogs. Whether it'd be ear drops, nose drops, mouth sprays, pills through the mouth or rectum. Routine: I currently work, however, I spend all of my free time with my Chewy. We always take long walks, three times a day. After his morning walk, I always administer his allergy pill orally and I make sure to fit in play time as soon as I get home from work. His favorite is tug-a-war. Safety & Reliability: I am trust worthy and reliable. I can send you pictures/ videos of your fur baby while you are away and I can accommodate cats and plant care. I also have a green thumb! Let me know how I can be of service to you! I am not working at the moment, I am taking a break and therefore, I can fully focus on pet sitting! I have time to give attention, love and care to those pets whose owners do not have time because of work schedules or just life getting busy. I can be there for you. I am very good at taking direction. If you need something done a certain way, I will not question it and honor your wishes. I will watch over your pet in your home or mine as if you were there with me. I am a very honest person and animals can also sense that in me. I am trustworthy and animals and pets feel safe with me.
About: With over 7+ years of dog experience with my own dog back at home and my 2 year old at my apartment, I also currently dog sit for various family friends. I have always been the biggest animal person anywhere from dogs and cats to guinea pigs and bunnies! I have all my classes online currently this semester so Sunday mornings I am typically unavailable for only a couple hours but do become available past noon and am free the rest of the week usually at my home doing my studies. With my pup Cocoa and my senior dog back at home, I’d walk them twice a day but let them out in the backyard or for a short walk every couple hours in case they need to relieve themselves. I feed once in the morning and another late afternoon dinner. Coming back from walks I always wipe off paws with vet approved dog wipes. With pets that aren’t my own, I like to get clear instructions for their pet because they can react differently to something completely normal for my own doggo. Nonetheless, any and every doggie I come across gets all the love and cuddles from me!
About: Pets with any sort of accommodations are always welcomed, requested personal updates are also welcomed for those who miss their little fur babies during the day! I’m currently a college student at Full Sail University, my classes change monthly which may effect my hours that I am available but I’ll always be sure to update my profile if anything changes, but holidays are times I am not available. I have a dog of my own who lives with my mother as of right now, but homes will be left exactly how you’ve left them and your furry friend will be happier than ever. I’m also aware of what foods pets can and cannot eat, but I will never give your pets any human food without explicit permission.
About: I’ve been caring for animals my whole life and have over 21 years of hands-on experience with pets of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. Whether it’s walks, feeding, medications, playtime, or just keeping your pets company while you’re away, I treat every animal like family. I’m dependable, attentive, and truly love caring for animals! I’m a commercial real estate agent, so I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day! Caring for animals is honestly what keeps me from adopting even more of them myself. I truly love spending time with pets and making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for while their owners are away. I care for every pet like they’re part of my own family. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while keeping their routines consistent. Jackie S. was a lifesaver for our high-energy pup! She came to our home for four days and did a wonderful job keeping up with his activity levels. She didn't just feed and walk him; she really took the time to play and give him the attention he needs to burn off steam. It was such a relief knowing he was in his own environment and being well-cared for. We will definitely be reaching out to her again!

Sara is amazing! She responded so quickly on such short notice, and I’m incredibly thankful for her help. She was reliable, kind, and made me feel completely at ease leaving my dog in her care. I truly appreciate her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog walker!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
