About: With over 7+ years of dog experience with my own dog back at home and my 2 year old at my apartment, I also currently dog sit for various family friends. I have always been the biggest animal person anywhere from dogs and cats to guinea pigs and bunnies! I have all my classes online currently this semester so Sunday mornings I am typically unavailable for only a couple hours but do become available past noon and am free the rest of the week usually at my home doing my studies. With my pup Cocoa and my senior dog back at home, I’d walk them twice a day but let them out in the backyard or for a short walk every couple hours in case they need to relieve themselves. I feed once in the morning and another late afternoon dinner. Coming back from walks I always wipe off paws with vet approved dog wipes. With pets that aren’t my own, I like to get clear instructions for their pet because they can react differently to something completely normal for my own doggo. Nonetheless, any and every doggie I come across gets all the love and cuddles from me!
“Peter was very kind and accommodating— he provided a meet and greet. And followed through even after meeting our large, excited dogs. He gave them big walks and was very easy to check in with. We recommend him 10/10 as he made our Christmas 10x less stressful. Thank you, Peter!”

About: I’m currently working a full time Monday - Friday job, but offer my pet care services during the early morning, evening, overnights and weekends! I thrive on helping animals and making sure they receive the care they deserve. This is what excites and motivates me to be my personal best, which includes sharing my education and experience working in the vet industry for 8 years. I can offer my customers the extra dedication and drive that not only gives them confidence about the needs of their loving family member, but a trustworthy sitter they can depend on for any open-ended questions or concerns regarding the well being of their pet. When a pet is in my care, it is my top priority to maintain the health and wellness of them. I’m currently working a full time Monday - Friday job, but offer my pet care services during the early morning, evening, overnights and weekends! I’m also available holidays too, just ask! As I can take care in my own home, I have a busy household of 3 dogs and a cat. So sitting in clients home is preferred. I also own a reliable Honda that lends me great daily transportation to any of my clients in the central Florida area.
About: I've owned and taken care of dog and cats of all ages and sizes. I will keep them clean and brushed and out of trouble during their stay. I work on a realtor's schedule so I can adjust the hours in my day to accommodate your loved ones needs! I have weekday and weekend availability! I'm great with boarding in my apartment, and my dog loves having visitors over to play with. I take my senior dog Teddy on 3-4 walks daily, usually around 15-30 minutes each but can be flexible on your dogs needs. Teddy is a 70 lb English Setter that is great with other animals and all types of dogs, he's not aggressive or dominate and just wants his butt pets to keep him happy. I love cats too and would be great at stopping in and taking care of them in their own environment. I'd make sure they get plenty of play or cuddle time as needed too. My dog is good with cats too, but it would be an animal by animal situation. I've owned and lived with cats and dogs most of my life. I have several references for taking care of dogs long term, when I lived in Denver Colorado I was responsible for 8 dogs in rotation whenever their owners would travel. For some of them I would stay in their home to make sure the dogs were comfortable, but for most I prefer boarding in my own home so they can get the best care and most time possible with someone around. I always ask that we have our dogs meet before any overnight stays and make sure they are okay around each other first. Since moving to Orlando and getting my own dog I've taken a step back from dog sitting expect with one very good boy Atlas who I watch for a few days every other month or so. I'm great with all animals and consider myself a cat whisper.
About: I'm extremely patient with any dog. I always make sure they fell comfortable around me before I do anything! I am a strong walker! I also know how to make the most out of any time spent with a dog! Pet care is my number one priority for an animal I take care of! I will always make sure that the animal is the top priority when we go anywhere. I always put the dogs safety before my own. I will watch for other dogs and loose animals when we go on walks. When sitting in the past I let the parent know of the times I let the dog out or do anything with the animal. I will send many cute pictures for updates of what is going on!
About: I strive to provide the best care and experience possible for all of my clients. In order to ensure the safest environment for both families, I only care for one clients pets at a time in my home. Don't worry, they will still have plenty of new friends to play with since I have 3 dogs and a cat. I've been a pet owner my whole life. My husband and I fostered huskies for the past year through the Husky Haven organization until we a foster fail. We now have 3 dogs and a cat (who knows how to keep her distance). All of our animals are up to date on their vaccines and are always excited to make new friends. I work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible and I love being active! Since I work from home, your pup will be with someone at all times. We have a HUGE backyard with a 6 foot fence, a pool and plenty of lizards, birds, and squirrels to chase. We also have plenty of toys to play with and a large crate and dogs beds perfect for resting.
About: I’m currently in school working toward a future career with animals, so taking care of pets is something I genuinely care about. I’ve spent time around different kinds of animals and feel comfortable with a variety of personalities, from energetic to more calm and shy. I enjoy spending time with pets, whether that’s going on walks, feeding them, taking them to the park, or just keeping them company and giving them attention. I can match their energy depending on what they need. With shy or nervous pets, I’m patient and let them come to me, giving them space while still making sure they’re cared for. I pay close attention to their behavior because I know they can’t tell us what’s wrong, so I don’t take small signs lightly. If something seems off, I take it seriously. I really enjoy learning about animals and their personalities, and I treat every pet with the same care and attention I would give my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine since I already take care of my own dog and two cats. I make sure their needs are taken care of first thing in the day, so I’m used to staying consistent with feeding, attention, and general care. I have a flexible schedule with mostly online classes, so I’m usually available in the early afternoons through the evening. I spend a lot of time at home, which makes it easy for me to be dependable and consistent when it comes to pet care. I’m open to walks, drop-in visits, and spending quality time with pets throughout the day, and I always make sure they’re getting the attention and care they need. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I try to keep everything as close to their normal routine as possible so they feel comfortable and stress-free. I follow any instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, and any specific behaviors or needs the pet has. I’m very respectful of both the pet and the home. I keep things clean, organized, and make sure the environment stays calm. I also pay close attention to the pet’s behavior and mood, especially since they’re in their own space and routine. If I’m caring for pets in my home, I make sure they have a safe and comfortable environment. Since I already have pets, I’m mindful about introductions and making sure everyone feels secure. I keep a clean space, stay consistent with routines, and give them the attention they need while also respecting their boundaries.

Goldenrod dog parents share their Rover experiences
Bailey was incredible! I had a last minute trip out of town and she was so incredibly accommodating. She was on time, walked my girls long enough for them to be tired, and fed them / gave them water. I felt very comfortable leaving my senior girls in her hands and look forward to when I am able schedule her again! Thank you Bailey, I appreciate you!

Jackie S. was a lifesaver for our high-energy pup! She came to our home for four days and did a wonderful job keeping up with his activity levels. She didn't just feed and walk him; she really took the time to play and give him the attention he needs to burn off steam. It was such a relief knowing he was in his own environment and being well-cared for. We will definitely be reaching out to her again!

Sara is amazing! She responded so quickly on such short notice, and I’m incredibly thankful for her help. She was reliable, kind, and made me feel completely at ease leaving my dog in her care. I truly appreciate her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog walker!
