His lawn in his back yard is just as beautiful...no dirt...all plush green grass!! Bruce explained everything during our meet-&-greet. Bruce sent pics of my pup it seemed like every hour and it was very comforting to me to get those pics and updates on how my pup was doing. About: I'm so excited to welcome, play with and care for your furry love. Please read the following: I am accessible by phone all the time, and I love taking pictures, so you can expect to get lots of updates of how your dog is doing! Your dog’s stay will not overlap with other dogs so your dog will receive the care and attention he or she deserves! - DAYCARE: The neighborhood is very pet friendly. Doggy bags nearby. - WALKS: Can personally walk your dog up to 2 miles. We stay active! Give your dog the walk he/she deserves while you're away at work or on vacation. - DOGGY BAGS / DOGGY BOWLS: Please provide the necessary items your dog needs while away. It's a good idea to reserve dates as soon as you know you need me! We can schedule a time to meet briefly before the first stay so we can discuss details and get you familiar with my home. In your booking request, please include your drop off and pick up times. Check out my rate and time guidelines above. I'm very flexible on times with a couple exceptions, which can be discussed. Please send your dog with their food (either pre-portioned or with a measuring scoop/cup), their treats, leash and collar and any other items such as toys. Weekly routine includes waking up, several walks during the day, constant updates to clients and ensuring there's a happy exciting day every day. The day varies as the client or pet! About: I've been around animals my entire life and have grown up with nine family dogs of all different sizes, breeds, and personalities. My experience includes German Shepherds, Shih Tzus, Labradors, and many rescue dogs with mixes including Pit Bull, Chow Chow, Rottweiler, Jack Russell Terrier, and more. About: I have 15 years of pet experience ranging from dogs to rodents and bunnies. I have taken care of dogs and have experience with them through their various life stages—from puppy to senior. I am no stranger to administering oral and topical medications for dogs and small animals like rodents. I have 2 years of professional dog walking experience, and I am eager to walk a cat down the sidewalk sometime too. I am a graduate student visiting home for the summer. I’ll be in the Upper Marlboro area from May 20 to August 10th, 2024. Also, for dog walking, my availability is really from 12pm-4pm on the days I highlighted, so it is important you schedule me between that time frame. I will be returning to Florida to complete my degree. I am a rule follower. Before I take on a client I always do a meet and greet to ensure the dog or cat and I are a good fit. Animals can be particular and I avoid perilous situations by meeting the dog to discern whether they like me or not. Once you show me something twice, I never forget it, so providing me with detailed notes on how you want your dog to be walked and situated in your home is ideal.
About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. I currently have 3 dogs and 2 cats in my household that I take care of. I foster animals for the local shelter during peak baby season. I currently work at an animal hospital as a medical assistant and a boarding assistant. My roles have allowed me to be familiar with a variety of pets and their unique needs and behaviors. In my job and with my personal pets I have experience with animals that have complex medical and behavioral care needs. I am very passionate about helping animals and giving them the love they deserve. I am currently a senior in college working towards becoming a DVM. During school semesters I am based in Orlando FL (near UCF) in an 1,089 sqft apartment. During holidays or breaks I am in Lakeland FL in a house with a fenced in backyard. I currently work part-time during the holiday breaks, so I do have plenty of time in my schedule to care for your pups! During the school semester I am a full time student but luckily I have short class days to care for your fur babies whenever you need. My schedule does vary but it is very flexible and I would love to work with your care needs for your pets! In my home my fur babies are my whole world and I make sure any other fur friend I meet is cared for with the same love and energy I give to my own pets. I know how important it is to ensure your pet is getting the quality care they deserve. My top priority is your pets safety, they will always be monitored in my care and you will always be notified with any changes in your pets behavior. In my career of taking care of pets with many different needs, I am very happy to accommodate any amenity your pet needs to make them happy and comfortable!
About: I have had a slew of animals since childhood and was responsible for almost all of their care including training. Since a young age ive felt a close bond to animals and love everyone i meet. I have experience with animals from hamsters to 200 pound mastiffs. Have a dog that isn’t perfectly least trained? No problem at all! My own dog struggles with over excitement and I just take it slow and controlled. I have administered several medications to dogs, cats and reptiles and am very confident I can convince your animal to take them safely on the first try. I currently work part-time, so I’m available to entertain your furry friends after 3 p.m. on Tuesday-Thursday and other available days are completely open after 9 a.m. I can take your furry friend on long walks and drives to the park to watch them have fun and to keep them entertained and as happy as possible while you’re gone.
