We live in a gated condominium complex that wraps around a beautiful lake. We live on the second floor and have a balcony that faces the lake and large windows with plenty of sunshine. There is a lot of grass and bridges for walking dogs, and the complex is surrounded by a wall so that there can't be any accidental runaways! :-). We don't have any dogs or cats of our own right now, but only 2 small household birds at home at the moment, so it's suitable for dogs who are not comfortable staying with other dogs. **We have a dog playpen. **My husband and I also hold valid Cat and Dog First Aid Certificates. **We prefer you to provide us with the contact information of your pet's preferred veterinarian. If there is an emergency, we are within 20 minutes of a 24-hour emergency clinics: -Oviedo Veterinary Care and Emergency (24 hours) Address: 2092 Church St. Oviedo, FL 32765

Let me know the following information about your pet: - Does he/she have any special needs or behaviors ? - Does he/she have any known medical conditions, including allergies? - Do you prefer him/her sleep inside the cage at night? - Does he/she house trained? If not, please provide training pads. - Do you have own veterinarian ? If yes, please provide the name, phone number and address after the booking is confirmed. -Emergency contact (who can be reachable during the stay and can make decisions for the pet while the owner is away). **Please bring more pet food (in case he/she need to stay more nights), litter box (cat), collar and leash with him/her. **We have 3 forms (provided by Oviedo Veterinary Care and Emergency (24 hours)) about Pet Care Emergency Authorization in case your pet has an emergency. We live within 20 minutes of a 24 hour clinics. You can email / bring them back to us before the booking starts (please give us your email), or fill the forms when we meet. **The Owner can choose not to sign the forms, but you need to take the risk of your pet can’t get the emergency treatment if we can’t reach you / emergency contact immediately.
A typical day
Pets need physical and mental stimulation! We'll play a bunch of games, and for dogs we'll explore all the new smells and a big lake in the neighborhood. And, we know they love to eat, who doesn't?

This is the first time outside of friends and family that I was able use a sitter and I was so nervous! I originally had another sitter and they cancelled a few days before a work trip! She had her own space and plenty explore. My cat is not very fond of letting People pet her and she was able to! Ample cute photos and it looked like she didn't want to leave. So she got attention and care. She was as able to work with my timing and together flexible with each other. Thank you, one less thing to worry about, having the right person to care of you fur baby <3
